How do you process your delay & reverb? What plugins etc? 👇
Reverb bus and delay bus sidechained with fruity limiter. Fruitreverb 2 or valhalla and fruity delay 2
Seperate Bus for reverb and delay sidechained by Fruity Limiter and most of the time with ValhallaRoom and ValhallaDelay. Cutting out the frequencies with FabFilter Pro Q 2. This method i saw a while ago and it enhanced my leads so much.
use an fx channel where the bus is routed into. load studio one verb & fabfilter delay. create a ghost midi so the verb isnt playing at the very start. thats it
One dry bus
One reverb bus
One delay bus
I process it all separately
Very interesting because a lot of concepts can be reproduced in other contexts and situations.. I make hip hop beat since 15 years now, and that Rawstyle/Hardstyle genre require a lot of time, concentration and above all precision!

Hey mate, can you sidechain more mixer channels intro your FL limiter? So for example the lead bus but also a screech?
can you do this with Valhalla VintageVerb?
Can u do this the same tutorial in Presonus Studio One?

What about the FL Peak Controller instead of FL Limiter?
Its an option if you don't want to have multiple reverb instances for multiple buses that can use a single reverb bus that also needs that sidechain effect. You can link the send mix to the peak controller.
You can, but i would recommend to control a Fruity Balance or a Soft Clipper instead of the Channelfader.

If I apply all that into my leads, where would I place Kickstart plugin, if I wanted to place it as the drop?
this may not be the most efficient way to do it but i first route my leads to a lead bus, then i route the bus to the reverb track and a channel where kickstart is applied. i then route both the reverb and the sidechain track to a bus where i can mix both the "kickstarted" lead and the "unkickstarted" reverb. sorry for my bad grammar

No I think it's only mix, so it's a blend I guess.

@@abincshaji7533 Depth is the balance between Early/Late reflections (0% early reverb/100% late reverb)
You control dry/wet with the mix in ValhallaRomm also in ValhallaDelay.
"make reverb wider" then you put it to mono xD
