One existing system user archive data not login but connection is ok....it was continuously working from last 2 years so last 2 years logged datasbare available but from last month it's missing. But there are no connection error. What might be this issue??

There is chance of connect is broken or from table control option we can delete archive data.
Please check archive log capacity in setting might b full. But that case it will stop logging.
