Thanks for the video. I did not use it for G4010 but for a 3670. After installing the right drivers i still couldnt find what app to use until I noticed you used the scan app from windows App Store. I have been able to scan. Thanks once again. You have gained a suscriber. Continue the good works

Thanks for the video. But my problems is to scanner slides and negative film, this is not posible with the basic driver, isn't it?

Yes it may not work with that.

Hello. I have the same scanner and the issue is that it scans the negative strip holder as well. In the example scan you showed, I think it did that with you as well How do we scan without the appearing??

Yes, For that problem it has to be covered, or just edit the scan. Better to cover that.

There are a problem with this situation. The scan keeps disconeted from time to time, and I need to reboot the windows to be able to use the scan again. Any fixation?
