I’ve listened to this several times but it continues to exhaust me. It’s as if my mental legs were too short. Jack Kornfield challenges me to at least hear his words. That would be a good start.

The practices can be found in many of his books.

The voice connotations are too much, at times your voice is so low that is hard to hear and then the volume spikes . It unfortunately takes away from the pleasure of listening to your lectures.
Maybe try headphones.
