Ingredients:
FOR DOUGH-
Maize Flour (Makki ka atta) - 1cup
All-Purpose Flour (Maida) - ½ cup
Salt - a generous pinch
Water (warm) - as required
Oil - for deep frying
FOR CHEESE SAUCE-
Butter - 2tbsp
All-purpose flour (maida) - 2tbsp
Milk - 1½ cups
Cheese (grated) - ¾ cup
Chilli powder - ½ tsp
FOR TOMATO SALSA (Pico De Gallo)-
Tomato chopped - 1cup
Onion chopped - ½ cup
Green chilli chopped - to taste
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Lemon juice - 4tbsp
Coriander chopped - a handful
FOR TOPPINGS-
Rajma (boiled) - a handful
Grated cheese - a handful
Corn Nibblets - a handful
Olives - a handful
Jalapeños - few
