I’m also having trouble with row 9 but for different reasons. I repeat 3 times and on the fourth repeat I can get 6 sc and then I’m at the end of the row 🤷🏼♀️
Scx7 then an increase gives you 9 stitches. 4 repeats gives you 36. Be careful you’re not missing the first stitch where you closed from the round before
I’m also confused at row 9.. 30 stitches-> 7 sc plus an increase in the 8th brings you to 27 stitches plus 6 stitches left over.. I even drew it out on paper and found the same problem. Logically when you do the math in your head it makes sense how you’d end up with 34 stitches, but with every 8th stitch in between 7sc, 7 only fits into 30 stitches 3 times. Am I just staring at this too long??!
everyone is lost on row 9. but i, lost on row 11... if you do 10sc then inc. you are left with 3 sc at the end. and i had to improv at row 8 to make row 9 work.
This tutorial was so unhelpful 1st stitch count did not add up at all and the “soil” and pot did not add up together the soil was to small so stitches didn’t add up also the pot turned out way bigger than the picture I also would like to add I used all the right materials as somebody who has been crocheting for a while this was very hard to follow.
Best video thanks watched others yours was simple thanks
I think it would be helpful if you stated the number of crochets we should have at the end of each row to know we’re on the same page!
just tried the plant part and it is super easy and well looking, thank you, already did 2 hrs of this today :D
Thank you I will make a plant for my car

I can't seem to finish row 9, scx7 and increase is 8 in total, 4x8 is 32. I only have 30 stitches?

@@levifangirl9707If you start with 30 stitches, there are not enough stiches to complete this row.

I’m assuming then that you’re supposed to increase in the 7th stitch, not the 8th stitch?
Thank you
For the 9th row to get the 36 st i sc5, inc also Snuck 1 more sc in
Row 9 does not work out when I start with 30 stitches I can only do 3 rounds of 7 sc and inc then have 6 stitches left.
This is amazing! Very well explained 👏🏼
Glad it was helpful!

Terrible instructions, starting from row 9 nothing adds up. Gave up at row 9 and went to a better tutorial instead
Probably the worst instructions I’ve seen 🫠 you should be more specific instead of saying this chain and that chain like make it make sense
