I literally had an eargasm, i can't understand why masterpieces like this are so underrated, this should be going world wide not like the shitty music of these days, im glad i found Rhapsody when i was 13 years old, Thanks Luca for this Master Piece!!!
Gerardo A. Sevilla This isn't a masterpiece. This isn't even a good song. It's very repetitive. It's mediocre compared to other songs made by Luca and Rhapsody.
Holy fuck, this song is so AMAZING! Especially that chorus!!! As if I expected anything less from Luca, but wow. He just continues to blow me away with his masterful composing skills.
The internet has become a wasteland of "my opinion is always right" Luca's music, old AND new, is pure gold.. some songs are better than others, some albums are greater than others. But you can't deny the fact that it's all freaking enjoyable. If anything, his music has gotten better over the years, plus, he know composes based on his interests rather than dragging on a "cool idea" that was hot in the 90's. Give the trash talk a rest. You are here to enjoy his music. If you are not and come to just bash, kindly gtfo. Go find something positive to do. :S
i like it more and more since i've been listened that wonderful song, Luca, you are a genius. 2:51 simply fantastic, i can´t wait to hear the full album
I don't mind about the Production. This Song is so powerful, a great Mix between "Holy Thunderforce" and "War of the Universe". I love it and could listen to the whole Day long... Thank You, Luca, for that
In the end Luca's Rhapsody turns out to be the best one :) I say that having waited long enough to listen to both Rhapsody's new albums... Fabio Leone may try harder, but i believe Luca's inspiration and the results of it will always keep him in-front.
I can't believe the news !!!! Lucca won't follow with the LT's Rhapsody!! Now we don't have the Original Rhapsody and even LT's!!! That's very sad !!! :'( he told is working on a new project, I will wait for that, I know that will be wonderful!!!! I hope so !!!
This is a pretty good track in my opinion. I wish the guitar was higher in the mix and the drums sound powerless. The chorus will probably be stuck in my head for the next couple days.
Nickoji I'm a rather picky audiophile. My headphones are better than most people's headphones as I can't stand listening to sub-par audio. Of course whether or not the guitar is loud enough or whether the drums are powerful enough is subjective, but for me, the guitars needed to be louder and the drums needed to sound more powerful. Finding the right balance is very difficult and few producers can do it well.
Decaying Reverie So I'm not the only one that thinks the sound production of the instruments is terrible in this song, everything is too soft. Maybe it's just a bad upload to youtube? I tend to avoid youtube if I have to if I want to stream music. Like if you compare the sound of let's say a song from Luca Turilli's Dreamquest "Black Rose" you can clearly hear the difference in the quality. Hell, an album I wasn't expecting to come out at all (swing of death) by Dracula (another Jorn Lande side project) is so far, more impressive.
Nickoji That's rather insulting. Plus, production is a matter of taste, much like music in general. Maybe you should reword your sentences in order to not sound so pretentious :)
"I do not, for one, think that the problem was that the band was down. I think that the problem _may_ have been that there was a Stonehenge monument on the stage that was in danger of being _crushed_ by a _dwarf_. All right? That tended to understate the hugeness of the object."
***** It's because people like to hear something fresh, not the same thing over and over again.. The last Rhapsody of Fire "Dark Wings..." is much better in my opnion, beacause of new elements in the writing, but here I only see new elements in the production, nothing more...
I do love how people are criticising the imagery of a freaking lyric video! Aren't the lyrics and the music kinda supposed to be the focus of these kinds of videos? As far as I care, the imagery is on the same level as the visualisers in Media Player, just some pretty imagery so that it's not just a blank screen with words. And as for the lyrics, it tells an interesting enough story with a romanticised version of the Rosicrucians (or rather, what the Rosicrucians would LIKE us to think they are like), throwing in a bunch of bits of new-age pseudoscientific jargon about crossing the 'quantum gate' to get to some spiritual source. Pretty simple stuff, but I like.
Over Maya and it's law Fell the spirit hears it's call Free your mind for the new dawn It's the time of the rose and the cross Sun and moon revealed his fate While he crossed the quantum gate Lived to serve the angel's word It's the secret tale of Christian Rosenkreuz They came inspired by wisdom Twelve men to share all the glory of God Searching for truth at the origin Of that primordial great spiritual source And they found the one The newborn soul Who went and saw Came back and spoke Rosae Crucis Aurum Sacrum Novum Fatum Omnipotens Dominus Over Maya and it's law Fell the spirit hears it's call Free your mind for the new dawn It's the time of the rose and the cross Sun and moon revealed his fate While he crossed the quantum gate Lived to serve the angel's word It's the secret tale of Christian Rosenkreuz They filled his soul with their knowledge He filled their hearts with the grace of a rose Gleaming in his divine power Forged by the pain of the old bleeding cross And his death gave the birth to light and hope While lead turned into shinig gold Rosae Crucis Aurum Sacrum Novum Fatum Omnipotens Dominus Over Maya and it's law Fell the spirit hears it's call Free your mind for the new dawn It's the time of the rose and the cross Sun and moon revealed his fate While he crossed the quantum gate Lived to serve the angel's word It's the secret tale of Christian Rosenkreuz Ancor fende il tuo pianto il mio core Muta il senso in prezioso oro Sacro fuoco Over Maya and it's law Fell the spirit hears it's call Free your mind for the new dawn It's the time of the rose and the cross Sun and moon revealed his fate While he crossed the quantum gate Lived to serve the angel's word It's the secret tale of Christian Rosenkreuz Sun and moon revealed his fate While he crossed the quantum gate Lived to serve the angel's word It's the secret tale of Christian Rosenkreuz
I especially like the symphonic parts where the rythm kicks in. I do not have problems with the guitar, I like that we get the synths louder, which is rare for most metal songs, but I would love to get a remix of this more guitar focused as well The song is awesome, it doesnt touch my favorite Luca electronic song (Virus) though. But there is a whole album of awesomeness
Wow... I've kind of put the Rhapsody stuff on the back burner for the last few years... but this is really damn catchy. Will probably pick this up.... ...of course I have Prophet of the Last Eclipse on vinyl in the mail. That'll have to tide me over.
Contrary to some others, having thoroughly listened to all of Luca's work, I think these last two albums in Luca Turilli's Rhapsody are the best things he has ever done, going beyond just basic appeal to those who enjoy this style of music and into the actual status of legend in the sense that all the best classical composers are today vs. their own time when they weren't fully recognized.
I like to play classical and electric guitar, I've follow and enjoy Turilli's work for some ten years and always my head select those solos, riffs and orchestrations that really amaze me and that I want to repeat for the rest of the week (or the rest of my life) and despite the excellent legend, entrance and chorus I feel like there was no solo (probably because the guitar just followed the orchestra) and that the pause for the symphonic chords was nice but those notes were on tension (maybe I'm used to baroque harmonies? or they wrote it too complex to enjoy?) and that break was too brief for the things those chords were starting to say. Anyhow I liked it (definitely thumb up) but probably I wont repeat it again to enjoy, well I'll buy that disc and I'll think again I guess. *I'm sorry if something went wrong with my grammar. I just read every opinion and I wanted to let mine around. Thanks!
Reminds me of every song on Fleshgod Apocalypse's Labyrinth: It's basically just symphonic elements, drums, and the vocals. The guitars are pretty much no where to be found.
I liked it!Both music and lyrics. But the repeated the chorus more times than needed,in my opinion..And also Carl Yung's quote at the end was great and really deep!
When itgets to the beginning of the lyrics, you can really feel the Masted Sound. Guys put them on large Stereos and Monitors.. I bet this will sound more intense lol; you can feel the vibrations i bet. I don't have Stereos or powerful Monitors, but I'm sure it'll have so much power. ---- Now is it a good mix? It's alright in my opinion. There's movement.
Its good but I just wish it was a bit heavier. Im a long time Rhapsody fan from the beginning and Ill always adore both bands but yeah overall hes got a vreat voice and tbe lyrics are wonderful!
Luca Turilli is Genius
MRZYGY?!?!
2024 and I still have EARGASM with this whole album just like on the release 8 years ago. AMAZING!!
I literally had an eargasm, i can't understand why masterpieces like this are so underrated, this should be going world wide not like the shitty music of these days, im glad i found Rhapsody when i was 13 years old, Thanks Luca for this Master Piece!!!
Gerardo A. Sevilla i found out when I was ten, and still listens to them today, nobody at my school knows them, it's kinda sad
Exactly what you said! Can you believe that people are dissing this masterpiece here on youtube? I mean, come on....this is f*cking epic!
Gerardo A. Sevilla This isn't a masterpiece. This isn't even a good song. It's very repetitive. It's mediocre compared to other songs made by Luca and Rhapsody.
Kamikaze Satellite That's your opinion, but still better than all the new shitty music these days
Gerardo A. Sevilla Amen bro! \m/
This is exactly what I want to hear from Turilli!
turilli is an amazing artist
Gran Maestro Luca Turilli, Larga vida para Luca!
INMORTALIDAD PARA LUCA,SE LA MERECE
I think the two Rhapsody's are fucking good... Luca with his new "cosmic" style and Alex with the classic Rhapsody Of Fire
; )
... Hail from Brazil!!!
can't stop listening. this is a masterpiece!
Holy fuck, this song is so AMAZING! Especially that chorus!!! As if I expected anything less from Luca, but wow. He just continues to blow me away with his masterful composing skills.
truly epic! wish more music was like this here in the U.S, people are really missing out
Espetacular
Im from Brazilllll.
the best Rhapsody.
Yes, I too
I was squealing like a little girl when listening, I just hope these guys will never stop writing music, *tears, so much nostalgia now
The internet has become a wasteland of "my opinion is always right"
Luca's music, old AND new, is pure gold.. some songs are better than others, some albums are greater than others. But you can't deny the fact that it's all freaking enjoyable. I love this and I've been a fan since the earliest 00s but your post also gives off "my opinion is always right" vibes too. Just sayin'.
Violin riffs are just Brutal!!!!!!!
+Jose Blanco violins don't have riffs.
Metal/rock musician calling a main phrase a riff very often,no matter on what instrument it was played on.
Either way, it's called an ostinato, you classicknower.
Stop being jerks, they're indeed good.
that Intro is so Beautiful.
Didn't like it at first, but now I think it's pretty amazing, just like everything Luca do. Can't wait for the album!
One of the best lirycs i have ever seen.
Always greatnes from Luca Turilli
It really is magic... Sound and movie...
Luca Turilli Genio Indiscusso
i like it more and more since i've been listened that wonderful song, Luca, you are a genius. 2:51 simply fantastic, i can´t wait to hear the full album
great song, great message I think prometheus will be an excellent album
I don't mind about the Production. This Song is so powerful, a great Mix between "Holy Thunderforce" and "War of the Universe". I love it and could listen to the whole Day long... Thank You, Luca, for that
I second that.
Very good and epic track. Looking forward to the album.
The secret tale of Christian Rosenkreutz isn't a secret anymore. Thank you
This... Is... Awesome!
In the end Luca's Rhapsody turns out to be the best one :) I say that having waited long enough to listen to both Rhapsody's new albums... Fabio Leone may try harder, but i believe Luca's inspiration and the results of it will always keep him in-front.
LUCA TURILLI'S RHAPSODY & Rhapsody Of Fire not have a bad album and old Rhapsody ....The best !!!!
Listening to Aversion Crown when sudenly this..
thank you UA-cam
I can't believe the news !!!! Lucca won't follow with the LT's Rhapsody!! Now we don't have the Original Rhapsody and even LT's!!! That's very sad !!! :'( he told is working on a new project, I will wait for that, I know that will be wonderful!!!! I hope so !!!
Speechless.
Luca always nails it.
This is a pretty good track in my opinion. I wish the guitar was higher in the mix and the drums sound powerless. The chorus will probably be stuck in my head for the next couple days.
Decaying Reverie I second this. Could barely hear the guitars and the drums needed to cut through better.
+Decaying Reverie Colin Betts No it didn't. Maybe you should get better headphones or speakers because it sounded perfect to me. :)
That's rather insulting. Plus, production is a matter of taste, much like music in general. Maybe you should reword your sentences in order to not sound so pretentious :)
It's beautiful, I love it!
Génial !
HOLY FUCKING SHIT!! WHAT A MAGICAL CHANT!
"I do not, for one, think that the problem was that the band was down. I think that the problem _may_ have been that there was a Stonehenge monument on the stage that was in danger of being _crushed_ by a _dwarf_. All right? That tended to understate the hugeness of the object."
Pour moi l'album c'est day one!!!!!!!
Excelente Canción!!! quiero ese álbum ya!
Very delicious Track 💪🔥 I found this few days ago, and am in Love 😉
ROLOTOTOTA LUCA TURILLI ES SINONIMO DE PERFECCION YA LA HE ESCUCHADO COMO 10 VECES Y NO ME CANSO
che Tormento aspettare altri due mesi!
'Rosenkreuz' alimenta la Passione nell'attesa!!!
if you dont like it dont listen it , but for me this song is more awesome that the whole last album of rhapsody of fire
Exactly what I was thinking. What's wrong with everybody, are they deaf? This is f*cking epic!
Nickoji I know right? It's like people have their own opinions or something. Them douchebags, to hell with them!
***** It's because people like to hear something fresh, not the same thing over and over again.. The last Rhapsody of Fire "Dark Wings..." is much better in my opnion, beacause of new elements in the writing, but here I only see new elements in the production, nothing more...
Dark wings is fresh ? Really man? Well you need to listen more metal bands seriously
***** Of course Dark Wings isn't fresh.. Far from that.. But at least isn't the same thing that Rhapsody has been doing for the past 15 years..
I like this song so much and still hope this album will be more guitar driven than the last one
I love this song. Looking foward to the album :D
Amazing!!!!
IT'S THE SECRET TALE OF CHRISTIAN ROSENKREUUUUUUUZ!!!
Cinematic metal
I do love how people are criticising the imagery of a freaking lyric video! Aren't the lyrics and the music kinda supposed to be the focus of these kinds of videos? Over Maya and it's law
Fell the spirit hears it's call
Free your mind for the new dawn
It's the time of the rose and the cross
Sun and moon revealed his fate
While he crossed the quantum gate
Lived to serve the angel's word
It's the secret tale of Christian
Rosenkreuz
They came inspired by wisdom
Twelve men to share all the glory of God
Searching for truth at the origin
Of that primordial great spiritual source
And they found the one
The newborn soul
Who went and saw
Came back and spoke
Rosae Crucis
Aurum Sacrum
Novum Fatum
Omnipotens Dominus
Over Maya and it's law
Fell the spirit hears it's call
Free your mind for the new dawn
It's the time of the rose and the cross
Sun and moon revealed his fate
While he crossed the quantum gate
Lived to serve the angel's word
It's the secret tale of Christian
Rosenkreuz
They filled his soul with their knowledge
He filled their hearts with the grace of a rose
Gleaming in his divine power
Forged by the pain of the old bleeding cross
And his death gave the birth to light and hope
While lead turned into shinig gold
Rosae Crucis
Aurum Sacrum
Novum Fatum
Omnipotens Dominus
Over Maya and it's law
Fell the spirit hears it's call
Free your mind for the new dawn
It's the time of the rose and the cross
Sun and moon revealed his fate
While he crossed the quantum gate
Lived to serve the angel's word
It's the secret tale of Christian
Rosenkreuz
Ancor fende il tuo pianto il mio core
Muta il senso in prezioso oro
Sacro fuoco
Over Maya and it's law
Fell the spirit hears it's call
Free your mind for the new dawn
It's the time of the rose and the cross
Sun and moon revealed his fate
While he crossed the quantum gate
Lived to serve the angel's word
It's the secret tale of Christian
Rosenkreuz
Sun and moon revealed his fate
While he crossed the quantum gate
Lived to serve the angel's word
It's the secret tale of Christian

Fantastic.

not sure if the "The Rose And The Cross" was meant to be a translation, but a Rosenkreuz is a rosary
Behemothokun he is talking about the founder of the order of the rosecross when he says rosenkreuz
Shane Pomales thanks for the clarification.
los felicito. excelente logro
cool
Solo puedo decir: EPICO!!!!!
The intro is amazing. Unfortunately, it is not on the album.
Wow... I've kind of put the Rhapsody stuff on the back burner for the last few years... but this is really damn catchy. Will probably pick this up....

Woow good metal
Oh yeeaaaaaah
amo!!! nuestro amado género \m/
my body is ready
Reminds me of every song on Fleshgod Apocalypse's Labyrinth: It's basically just symphonic elements, drums, and the vocals. The guitars are pretty much no where to be found.
What? That's ridiculous!
Hahahahah

Super!!!!
¿Esto hace referencia a los Rosacruces;
cierto?
Sí, pues es lo que yo creo!
Yes, it does.
Sí Christian Rosenkreuz fundados de la orden
Wenisima
This is the best
Prothet of the last eclipse
Christian edition
Ilya Rakhimov Agree, it does sounds very similar... It's a great sound but would have preferred some new melodies!
Ilya Rakhimov LOL
+Ilya Rakhimov Prophet of the last eclipse was actually good. this on the other hand...
It's fucking epic.
Does somebody knows the promo song at the end? Thanks
What a perfect song :)
Es la canción Of Michael the Archangel and Lucifer's Fall 2 esa parte sale casi al final.
Wow.
Their singer is great, but imagine how this would sound like with young Fabio Lione
Muy buena!
And the shadow of the Dark Comet's Reign still stand upon them. By the way a good, catchy and hit song.
fucking awesome!
Luca Trilli sure is a genius. But, his soul is sold to the Mystery Schools and that I can't respect...
Yeah I agree with you..... this song proves that he is illuminati
Its good but I just wish it was a bit heavier. Im a long time Rhapsody fan from the beginning and Ill always adore both bands but yeah overall hes got a vreat voice and tbe lyrics are wonderful!
Fabio Lione is a god but these new guy is such a badass
