Clive Anderson would really take the piss out of everyone but Robbie was too likeable and immune to any of that. Love Robbie Coltrane, RIP sir
What an incredibly witty and intelligent man and he is 'RAZOR' sharp! There are no Robbie Coltrane's today when we need em' more than ever before? Many thanks for posting this gem!
Wow, witty, funny, clever... I feel like it's almost not fair! We're in dire need of people like him today.
A pure joy, lovely quick witted hilarious man Sad Sad loss! Robbie we will miss you!
Thank you for posting this, I absolutely admired and adored Robbie as the superb actor he was. A truly nice man as well rip Robbie xx
We will miss you so much, Robbie Coltrane. Hope you are riding a magical motorbike through the sky! 🌟 R.I.P. Hagrid.
Looks very handsome i must say in this interview 💙 we shall miss you big man 😓✌👏❤💙
i remember the little bit he did on lenny henry live and unleashed playing a Glasgow taxi driver was truly brilliant a natural
Must be Clive Anderson's most amiable interview. Helps that Robbie had worked in comedy, as he doesn't get upset by the jibes and can throw them back.
I was always totally in love with Robbie. RIP.
What a man nothing more to say R.I.P. Sir Robbie Coltrane !!!!!!!!!!!
What delighfull actor !
Lovely man so sad he passed a brilliant guest
Cracker was a disturbing blockbuster cop television show in the mid 90s. This clip was first broadcast 29 October 1993
The Man!!!
Sadly missed
Absolutely superb.
.
Fly high , Robbie ❣
⚘🕊
Robbie was a standout in the comic strip, so many great lines "You know, you remind me of my naughty granddaughter..." Xx A big yin...
I used to have a crush on his character in Cracker. So intelligent and multuilayered, Talented RIP Mr Coltrane 💔
RIP Robbie Coltrane
"I did spend quite a lot of time learning how to look as if I knew a lot about how the roulette table works"
"The ball goes round in a circle and settles in a hole"
"Oh, is that it? No wonder I lost £5000!"
Great guy, a true celebrity. I was beginning to think I had outgrown Telly in my mid teens. Fortunately guy’s like Robbie saved us from the army of real life, Alan Partridges . It felt like someone you knew or from your background was on television .
Cracker is one of my favorite shows ever.
Robbie dealt with Clive Anderson well. You could see he was unsettled by his weight but anderson had no class. Never though he was funny and quite often crept over the line with some rather cheeky comments. Used to see him in st Andrews quite alot visiting his mother back in the day
Rest in Peace Robbie from Hamburg Germany ♥️♥️♥️👍
Rip Robbie,,,,, you will be missed,
Watch out Clive !!! Remember the Bee Gees
Sensational!
Clive Anderson wanted to talk more than the guests
CRACKER
Brilliant work .
R Coltrane is a great Artist
Forever in his role
I loved him in Cracker XXX 😢 Sad News XXX
The brilliant Fitz played by the excellent Robbie Coltrane. I feel like crying
Loved him in KRULL.
R.I.P. Robbie.
Robbie Coltrane is a genius and Clive Anderson is troublesome and that's it.
Cheers for the uploads. Any chance you've got the episode with Alan Davies and Anthony Hopkins? Think it's season 3 episode 10 or something
Missed!

Robbie Coltrane
Anderson not clever enough to get under Robbies skin ...he did try though
He was a heavy drinker and smoker. It catches up with you in the end
@@sturussell6599 Yeah, I poor appetite , smoke 30 cigs a day, 2x bottles of Merlot red daily,,,,I am nigh on 60yrs...we lead our life as we live. I concur with your comment
Heavy in what sense? Until he died I had no idea of his health situation - using a wheelchair and so on. I believe as I grow older it will be better for me to lose weight to reduce the load on my joints. Just look how much Matt Lucas has shed.
RIP Robbie
@@jonnamechange6854 we all know he was an alcoholic let's not pretend otherwise. He was also clearly overweight in the sense that it was not healthy. I'm sorry he died he was a nice man .
@@hunterluxton5976 I didn't know he was an alcoholic. Until he died I had no idea of his health situation (thought I'd already mentioned that).
such a naturally funny man sad that hes gonr
people keep on saying its not canned laughter there's an audience there ! i know there's an audience there but they might aswell use canned laughter it sounds so false everytime he finishes a sentence there's an nuclear explosion of laughter !
He played Shrek.
Go watch his sea walk walk!

What a genius wit. He 'owned' Clive on his own talk show! R.I.P. legend. Clive Anderson is so annoying and unfunny.
Anderson was pretty annoying in this interview certainly, but Robbie Coltrane still managed to be interesting and funny in spite of Andersons unfunny and unnecessary needling. Anderson was not always so annoying and unfunny as he is here though.
nice guy but totally wrong about animal fats!
the canned laughter is unbearable ! it should be illegal !
it's amazing how hard they laugh and know exactly when to start laughing and exactly when to stop ! is it really so funny ?
@@vhsvideovault count the number of times the audience laughs i did it 60times for exactly i second amazing ! the duration is controlled the volume is controlled and i think they added laughter also. it's so contrived its the same with a lot of tv shows totally manipulated !
@@missmarplefan But you can see Clive and Robbie reacting to the audience. He's obviously very popular, and the audiences are there to enjoy themselves and are definitely encouraged to laugh. I've been to plenty of recordings of comedies, and there's always lots of laughter. Sometimes so loud and long they would have had to cut down the sound for the final show.
I did like him it's very sad
R.I.P Robbie Coltrane has died 72, another legend gone but will not be forgotten
I am so sad to hear Robbie has died. What a talented, funny, lovable man.
Another big favourite gone too soon
