Enable Speak Selection on iPhone XS Max, XR, XS, X | Turn On iPhone Speak Auto Text

iPhone X series phones (iPhone XS Max, XR, XS, X) have some very interesting features, one of them is called Speak selection. It enables your iPhone to read back texts to you. But it is not like voice over, which speaks everything you tap. It only can be activated when you chose to do it.

Wouldn’t work for my moms XS max or my dads SE. only my 13 pro worked.
