I highly recommend finding this performance on Vimeo rather than UA-cam, it has no interruption as well as English sub titles. You are right though, this is a very sad song.

MBC 방송국에서 '이 나는 가수다' 라는 프로그램을 시작했을때 엄청난 이슈를 만들었습니다. 국내에서 가장 가창력을 가수들 7명을 선발해서 출연시키는데,그때마다 본인의 노래가 아닌 타인의 노래를 불러야 하며 카테고리가 정해져 있었어요. 2주에 한번씩 방청객들의 투표수 가장 적은 가수가 탈락을 하고,다음 주에는 새로운 가수 1명이 추가되는 방식으로 진행이 되었습니다. 엄청난 시청률을 기록한 프로그램 이었으며, 이 프로그램 제작 컨텐츠는 이후 중국에 정식으로 판매 되었습니다. 그래서 중국판 '나는 가수다' 제작 되었을때 DIMASH가 출연 했던걸로 알고 있습니다.

I can feel that this one went quite personal to her. There is a clip of her crying after performing because she felt that she messed up the delivery. I don’t hate this song but As I Live (from the same competition) appeals to me more. I saw a comment pointing out to one site with a channel of her performances with English translation. Please track it down with the name Jangtin and Where Are You + translation is included there. Thank you for your reaction and looking forward to more in the future ❤❤❤
