My dad was one of people who helped pay for the perot museum to be built. His name wont be listed under on the wall though there. But he knows and does alot of work with the Perot family. He buys lots for his company to build houses and buildings on.
Im disappointed in the Perot Museum,,,,it trys to be to cute with displays you got to push buttons to view ,,,,,too many Germs out there to have to touch surfaces in that place,,,,its a giant petrie dish of Covid Germs,,,,I prefer a conventional museum.
@@davidarthur7721 I agree that they need to work on limiting how much you can touch and interact with what with the covid germs yes, however I am sure they take the time to sanitize everything down afterwards. The Perot may not be the best museum either. Heck I miss the days back when their was the Science Place back in Fair Park. So far what I dislike about the Perot is that you pay so much money for an exhibit that is short. I've only been to maybe 2 that I really enjoyed. My favorite was the Sherlock Holmes exhibit because they had it look like old-time London and you could actually go around trying to solve a murder mystery.
And be aware that yesterday a basketball player that never gave a cent wants changes to the museum be he believes " is not inclusive, dont cater to poor children, diverse population ". That it dosent cater to them that feel threatened by the building and exhibits
I've been there before. Back then when I was a kid, it was located in Fair Park and I always called it, the Science Place. But the last time I went there with my boyfriend, I found out that there were a few things out while the rest are packed to move there. It broke my heart to see that it's moving to a new location.
I told my sister when she moves to Texas she's got to go here. I will definitely go here when I go to visit her too. Also I was in Los Angeles during the 1994 earth quake. I was 5. It was pretty scary.
I’ve been in Texas, specifically Dallas for all my life and all the places you’ve visited I haven’t even been to except Six Flags lol Great videos though! They are very much appreciated ❤️❤️
This was a great museum!...lol, I was hiking in our desert today; saw a "giant" jackrabbit; they are wonderful; curious, fast, and they rest, pointing their lovely pinky ears toward the coolest part of the sky......truly an animal to admire
The last earthquake we had, my mom came into my room and dramatically was all "We're having an earthquake!" and it was the middle of the night so I was just like "Bwuh?" and immediately fell back asleep.
I know Max Park, the Rubik’s Cube record holder! My brother Zac does competitive Rubik’s Cube solving also and became friends with him. He’s a super nice guy!
Hey there, there is a museum in Northumberland UK, its called the Great North museum and it includes basically everything through time from the dinosaurs cavemen to Romans and vikings. And I thought it would be really cool for you to visit and you enjoy. Love your videos and keep up the good work 👍
Still bizarre that all your museums are open while Ireland is still very much locked down...as of today we were allowed move though out our counties and allowed meet with one other household outside. This is nuts 😳
Wow! Great 2 museums in 1. Looks like Lego is not your thing LOL I'm the same. Some awesome exhibits there and wonderful things for children. Very cool. Keep Safe ❤Keep Well❤
My mother said for my birthday I could get a tank and shed buy the whole thing, I told her the first fish I wanted was the elephant nosed fish, such a strange fish
I did the cube in about 30 seconds. I just started real fast without paying much attention turn this way and that and got. Which was a mere fluke and could never solve it again.
Yesterday a basketball player that never gave a cent to this museum wants to change to be " more inclusive to cater to other races, poor people that feel threatened by the building and exhibits" What he wants? Rappers? BLM speaches, he/she/it used ? Gay flags? It is a science museum for Gods sake, children from all neighborhoods are taken by their schools. It is only some parents fault that never take them to libraries, free museums, but make sure to take them to Malls. Why ruin what has worked beautifully? No child is forbidden to enter. It is open to all, Was funded by the Perot family to make science available to all children. Now this basketball player retires and want to ruin a good thing. Is he a curator? A degree in science? Museums managing experience? No it is a foreign player in a mix marriage that wants to to ruin this wonderful museum, and who will dare complain?
I am impressed at how many videos of different places you can get out.
He certainly does the miles 🙂

That was educational, informative, and fun...🤘🏼💯✔️
When he says "and please follow me" I feel like is a guided tour from an elementary school field trip, and I love that feeling!
Same!
I voted for Perot too. Even had a "Ross for Boss" button, and a "Don't blame me, I voted for Perot" shirt.

I lived through two 6+ earthquakes in CA, thankfully I was in the next county over so we didn't get as much damage, but those aftershocks are wild.
Love your videos! As someone from DFW it's great to see you visiting a museum I know and love.

That El Fenix behind you... It used to be an older building that was a meat market that Clyde Barrow robbed.
Sir, Thank you for visiting one of the coolest museums out there. Also: Did you swing into El Fenix right next door? That is where Tex Mex was born..
Aw dude, I would've loved to come along on this one as I've not been yet. Yes lol I know, I live here and stll haven't visited yet.

The last earthquake we had, my mom came into my room and dramatically was all "We're having an earthquake!" and it was the middle of the night so I was just like "Bwuh?" and immediately fell back asleep.
rocking the crocs as usual 😎 i like your style, mr.carpetbagger
Covering TX in good order. I did vote for Perot.
If a museum has a taxidermied possum you always manage to sniff it out.
I feel as if I've just questioned my own existence just by watching this video
Really worth seeing, I would also really like to visit the museum. 😊👍
Loved the prey vs predator!
I know Max Park, the Rubik’s Cube record holder! My brother Zac does competitive Rubik’s Cube solving also and became friends with him. He’s a super nice guy!
Did you cross the street and hit the Dallas World Aquarium?

It’s Texas. Texas is... special. It’s not like this everywhere in the US.
It's walking "en pointe" in "pointe shoes." :-P
That museum definitely looks like it was designed by Perot. Very odd shaped.
The Animals and the, T-Rex, Were pretty awesomely cool...!!!
This was way cool
Ross Perot, the hand grenade with a bad haircut.
Sucks I didn't run into you when you were here!

Bc my immune system is bad I can't really go out bc of the pandemic so I definitely enjoy these videos allot
Carpetbagger, Is The Scientific Wrestler. Morty is The Brut Force opponent.
Perot was a true businessman candidate, not an Yankee showman

I’m coming from live in Edmonton Alberta. Did you everSeen West Edmonton Mall. I’m thinking of doing a video if anybody wants to follow.
I voted for Ross Perot. He bowed out of the election because as an independent, his family was being threatened.
👍😎👍
