    I worked for the European division of a US based company for many years. The office was near Rotterdam. I spent many days and nights in Amsterdam. The city is a blend of culture, architecture, art, history, and unique nightlife. The locals were always pleasant and there wasnt a place in the city I was nervous to go. The worse thing I had to deal with were pickpockets on the trains.

    as a student of the UvA, did a bachelor and master there it isn't a prestigious university, the teaching is poor (mainly self study and busy teachers) plus you have to follow the narrative, accept that communism is good and hasn't been truly applied yet and almost everyone is accepted in if they just have passed their baccalaureate. Groningen university is way better and stricter
