Really cool how he was able to pre record or the lines and wrote down questions. I'm sure it felt like talking to an npc with all the premade lines lol
It was a surprise to me, a pleasant one though. I hope I can get him live after Starfield releases.
On the copyright stuff... it's a bit more grey in that Bethesda also likely cannot claim ownership of new assets made by mod authors (and similarly multiple cases, including accidental, of paid mods have ran into issues when whoever is getting paid uses an asset that isn't theirs)
FNAF ran into this issue when a person accidentally stole FNAF fanart to promote a game in an ad.
...which is also the major issue of AI that is built on assets (voice, art, writing, etc.) that are not part of an agreed contract.
I appreciate you dropping that knowledge, that stuff is going to go through a bunch of legal re-writes until the AI dust settles.
Nice modeling!
I was watching Mikeburnfire playing Fallout 4. Zach Hazard, the other half of the team, found a Rad Raccoon and lost his mind. It was hilarious.
Does Elianora have any plans for starfield?
I Just donated to her Ko-fi and asked if she is interested in doing an interview. We shall see...
@ 36:16 One of the benefits though of living in a world with economics, is that massive game projects like Starfield can find funding !
Fair point but then we also have vacuums like Star Citizen lol. I think we need some balance somewhere.
