I may disagree with him on it…. But where’s the scam/con to make him a grifter? I wrote screenplays in LA for ten years, trying to break into Hollyweird. Never did, but I was invited to a couple FOA meetings by a friend who was a member. Mark's presentation is excellent. Hollyweird is completely lost to us now. The same liberal actors, directors, etc. who endlessly complain about McCarthyism and the Hollywood 10 now enforce a political orthodoxy so extreme that the other side can't even have a secret club.

I'm an amateur movie historian and grew up in Hollywood. I've studied the blacklisting and cancellation of so many talented industry people in the 1950's. Some were full on Communists, others just "left leaning" and many were completely innocent and non-political. But what happened then pales in comparison to what is happening today, not only in it's massive scale and overreach but in it's intensity, where even a "like", one public word or just being seen with someone perceived as being a conservative can get an entertainer's entire career cancelled. It's almost like "The Communist's Revenge",..a good title for a horror movie!

The other day, i came across a random movie that had been released like a few weeks earlier, i swear by my life, i checked who were the 5 main actors, who must be like 22-30yo, there was 1 so-called 'normal' guy, and the 4 others, had names like 'holowitz'...'stealmann'...'levidoff'...'benistein'...
Hollywood is 'pushing' all these hundreds and hundreds of jewish actors and actresses , even giving super important roles to actors who only made 1 or 2 little movies with just a couple of million $ budgets ... instead of hiring well, renowned and talented 'classic' actors ... and then, 2 years from now, we go to some business summit, in Tel-aviv or jerusalem, in israel, and once there in that summit, folks like Netanyahu will happily brag about "we are the number # in this or that industry", and "blah blah blah, 67% of the primary roles in Hollywood were given to our community members, and even 74% for the secondary roles'... but of course, if someone then grabs those numbers and posts online ' .. young j ewish actors get 67% off all the roles', that person will immediately be called, of course, antimite.
Then people will ask questions like 'how is it possible, that they represent like 0.6 or 0.7% of the entire US population, but they account for 44% here... 55% there.... 39% I this domain... 33% in that domain.. ?"

I’ve had the unique experience and honor of being an ultra-conservative black man who worked in Hollywood for 15 years. I had my own unique niche and clients (struggling filmmakers) so I was way under the radar. However my wife was a scientist/technician who worked exclusively with A-listers, so we got invited pretty much everywhere - big events but a lot of intimate dinner parties. Usually conversations drifted towards how America was so racist blah-blah-blah, at which point I would point out that America wasn’t racist and that democrats pretty much destroyed American industry and the black family. I would make them sh*t themselves - but in a nice, logical, John Wayne-ish kind of way. As we would drive home my wife (a liberal) always said how proud she was of me UNTIL Donald Trump came on the scene. Then everything changed. We had a few heated conversations where she would repeat the latest anti-Trumpisms fresh from TV screen and I would counter with facts. I always won. We’ve since both retired and moved to a family farm in the south. Needless to say, since the stolen election of 2020, and the bumbling administration that is in place, all political discourse has ended around here. But let me add this one point. I was alive during Jim Crow, but NOTHING compares to the racism of Hollywood. Not necessarily the big names, but the underlings and quasi-producer types who live in a dream world of status where a lone, quiet black man walking into a post production facility to deliver data is ‘easy pickins’. But there are lots of conservatives out there. They’re easy to spot. Usually white men (techs, bartenders, security guys) who look like they have a set of balls, or oddly enough black women from the south (think Olivia Spencer). If you spotted one a curt word or a nod would be enough to identify one another. I’m just glad to be out of there and to live in a SMALL TOWN amongst patriotic Americans. Never back down to them.

Watched Shapiro a time or two and went with my intuition and stopped that. Wasn’t until I retired that I had more time to search for what I needed--the TRUTH! Rarely watch tv anymore.

I stopped watching tv when they said to buy a digital tv.
@@dwarden3 They quietly switched the frequencies from vhf to uhf when they went to digital. Uhf signals don't carry as far. This resulted in people needing cable to continue watching tv. I'm sure that was just an unfortunate consequence and not planned.

Mark, I was an attendee of "Friends of Abe" gatherings from about 2008-2010. Although we were not supposed to discuss or admit publicly about the meetings, Hollywood knew. We actually gathered at a restaurant/pub in Hollywood (not naming to protect). The meetings were individuals from media, radio, music, entertainment of all levels. I met Andrew Breitbart there - he was both funny and charming. The establishment' was always packed. Additionally there was a Republican Party, Hollywood chapter, which hosted various public events. And yes,"Friends of Abe" ended some years ago. Although I heard rumors a group still exists, it's not the same "Friends of Abe".
