This was so good. I was playing gunslinger ant fighting duty when I realized that I was low on health and medkits so I paused the game and watched the video only to see there is monolith stash next to me. Still died but really good vid can't wait for part 3
The way you got that Monolith stash in Jupiter factory is BRILLIANT. I’ve played CoP for like 7 times and every time I jumped onto the inner pipes and leaned instead of platforming like you did. And the most I could get was just the Gauss battery. Thought this stash was also bugged until you posted this video. Excellent work as always sir, just simply excellent.
It's nice to know I have found 90% of these on my own. Most of my games were like this: I found few stashes and loot them. Sell the weapons and goods to get some money. Order sniper rifle (Lynx) in Skadowks and pick up Strelok gun in Jupiter Factory. Finish the game with it.
Another magnificent video made by the people of the Anomalyous Dugout. Again, i'm suprised that there are so many hidden stashes in Jupiter. Great Job!
You can also get a PKM when you are in the mission of placing anomaly/artifact detectors for the scientists. When the zombies ambush you in Kopachy, there's always a guaranteed zombified stalker that will have a PKM.
10:19 the TRS needs to be picked up by low crouching a decent ways from the container; its pickup point is odd. Strelok's stashes also must be based on which you open 1st; Senka died trying to take strelok's gun for me
I've played Call of Pripyat many times and i just want to say - not knowing where all the stashes are is a blessing. Really. After your videos i can't go back to vanilla - because why shouldn't i raid stashes that contain rifles and medkits for an easy start? And i was a little upset they nerfed stashes in Misery, CoC and Anomaly! Now i see they had to, otherwise most players would book it for Dragunovs, SPASes and AKs. When i played CoP an AK inside Jupiter was a reward, not just "meh, another stash another rifle" situation.

@@anomalousdugout9557 yeah just wasnt making sense to me how the C-Consciousness are supposedly in control even tho lore wise it's made clear that they aren't, they could've sent out an influx of energy into from them to the crack/neurosphere to cause those emissions, and every random emission you see in the game "CS" could've been the C-Consciousness experimenting on the neurosphere but idk if that's possible when they are still happening in CoP even tho the C-C has been destroyed by strelok

Anomalous Dugout, have you ever feel some... presence in Jupiter factory area? I'm not sure why, but after getting the document and getting ambushed by Skull's mercs, I felt... something is watching me as I go around the area. When I came back to the factory to reach Stingray 4 crash site (roughly at 03:00 PM of in-game clock), throughout the factory, I feel a presence, like I'm being watched and followed... This is a complicated question that I cannot answer easily. I think it depends on different factors that can be summed up by: 1) Does it make sense? 2) Is it really useful? 3) Does it work well? I believe that the use of vehicles in the Zone does make sense to a certain extent. Apart from the danger of driving into anomalies, there is nothing stopping people from using cars. In fact, the army does use trucks and BTRs and while we never see it, we also have written records of stalkers using cars. Having a vehicle in the Zone would be very useful to travel long distances and transport a lot of goods. From a gameplay perspective, it sounds a bit boring, but if somehow that's something that the player is required to do, then cars have their place in the game. In the vanilla games, this was not an issue, so cars were not needed, but in mods or maybe S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 it may be different. Finally, the technical aspects are very important as well. If vehicles were to be implemented, they would have to work well without bugs and other problems. This was never the case during the development of the games, which is one of the reasons cars were cut. Also, they would have to be practical to use, which depends a lot on the maps. Vehicles would work best on roads and flat terrain without obstacles, which is quite rare in the Zone. Unless maps are specifically designed with the handling of cars in mind, their use would be very limited. In conclusion, it is not for me to decide if vehicles should be in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. since that's the choice of the developers. As cars are already part of this universe to a certain degree, it could easily go either way.
