Seems like you guys had a great time. We are glad you had no problems at the border. Canada's side of the Falls are amazing and the boat was so cool. We're gonna have to visit this atraction soon. We also LOVE Volky cars.
The Canada side of the public bathroom is the cleanest public bathroom I've ever been in. Also the Maid of the Mist boat tour I've had was great, but not quite as exciting as yours, I think probably because we had less wind at the time.

I love Niagara..spent my childhiid summers visiting my aunt who lived 20 minutes away from the falls..dq and a stroll along the falls on sunday nights..great memories..never went on the maid of the mist..will have to do it someday!

Chris, take Gladys to Mackinac Island, Michigan. See Fort Mackinac up on the hill, on the island.
No cars are allowed on the island. They have horse-drawn taxis lots of shopping and a gorgeous hotel. There are also several bed and breakfast there on the island.

the area driving up to the falls is so much like Northwest Michigan. we have the Taquemennon falls here theyre gorgeous in the fall.
nothing like the power of Niagara though. I remember riding the maid when the slickers were yellow and tix were about $6 each with me as a kid being free

Oh also the drive through upstate ny is beautiful..if you go from the other bridge crossing near 1000 islands it is stunning..next time ur in state go on a 1000 island day cruise ..beautiful on the St. Lawrence seaway! Have you been to Montreal. Heard cali taxes are some of the highest in the country!

Loved Niagra falls from California flew to realities in New York I rented a large suv and drove 7 of us to Buffalo stayed the night went into Canada next day purchased the gardens and the maden of the miss we it was on the canada side for pickup and took us to all falls then to lunch and Casino on Canada side still😅
I’ve never been on the Niagara Falls cruise, always wanted to try it. Hopefully next time I’m in Toronto.
