Can you please provide a source which states exemption from NI for the 1st year of employment?
I don't think this is true.
This is based on personal experience and is also dependent on what kind of visa you have when you come over to work here.

Thank God you mentioned per years. I watched so many videos but don't know what they are thinking everyone is explaining monthly expenditure and at last they are saying your salary should be this much no mention of per month or per year. I was so confused that expenditure is approx 2000-3000 per month but they are saying I should earn atleast 50k was making no sense for me. Thanks a lot again.
Genuine info. No sugar coating. Mentioned expenses are very much true and minimum for a family.

For a single bachelor is 3k pound good after tax deduction ..wt would be monthly expenses for single person and how much can save ?
Yes for a bachelor it's a decent salary and you will be able to save some also, saving amount will vary based on where you stay in UK as travelling cost, rent and other such charges vary.

If you compare Purchasing Power Parity then India is far better. Salaries in India has really improved. Everything is available at door steps in India unlike US/UK where labour is very costly.

I think NI exemption in 1st year is only for ICT/GBM visa. If you are on skilled worker visa, there is no NI exemption even in 1st year
