Just getting a portable heppa air purifier for your bedroom and if you have central air a merv 16 for the intake filter will do wonders for your home air quality so you have a safe place where your aren't getting exposed to any irritants. I also had bronchitis and a lung infection at the beginning of June, the hospital gave me Solu-Medrol (Methylprednisolone) via IV drip and it really seemed to help, might help you in the future if you come down with it again.
Doctor here. Usually, pneumonia (lung infection) has a bacterial origin. Giving an immunosuppressant as prednisolone could worsen the disease. Antibiotics need to be given. Only in cases of viral pneumonia, medication like prednisolone plays a role. In any case, seek medical care when you are seriously sick, dont just self-diagnose and take stuff that could make it actually worse.
Its ok to take a break. I'm glad your alive. What you did was amazing and in my eyes your a hero! Thank you for your service and help. All of the Ukrainian people are wishing you a quick recovery! As you may have noticed, Ukrainians are like that, be kind to them and you receive it back tenfold.
About the bronchitis. I have had a bad one couple times when I was young. The good part is that scar tissue does get broken down, you can actually see it on X-rays and CT scans. The bad part.. you should probably go and get checkout out for possible cancer. Get a CT scan done and have radiologist look at it, then do the same thing in a few month so they can see what is happening in the lungs. If you don't have money to do it in US you could probably do it in Ukraine, might not be the same quality but they will catch the obvious stuff
Semper Fidelis, brotha. I know you're back home, and safe but just make sure YOU'RE back. I know you said in another video that being a civilian is really hard and the front is who you started to basically become, but dont forget that the war that you're up against now is the war in your head. Don't become a casualty of the things that you're thinking. Do it for yourself and find a confidant who you can trust with your mental side and you should look into writing about your experiences as well. I'll buy a copy!
Thanks for all your work! FYI: Even though smoking shisha might seem healthier than cigarettes, from a medical standopoint it probably isn´t. So in the long term it might be good to reduce the smoking even further, especially if there is already some airway damage.

Starting something and then stopping before it's over triggers a sense of abandoning a cause and its people. It's important to forbid yourself from viewing it that way. You did four months of good work (plus all the other time in Iraq) and made a huge contribution. All those people you trained, and even just being there and showing them they are not alone. She Believed and other like minded parents that letting your sweat dry on your back will make said sweat go trough your pores and seep into your lungs thus giving you Pneumonia. Just keep your back dry and you'll be good. Was diagnosed with Bronchitis during my 7th grade due to me letting my sweat dry up, Followed her advice and after a month. No more nasty coughs and wheezing while laying down. hopefully it helps Civ and Godspeed man.
Sweat doesn't absorb into the lungs.. google how pneumonia works....
Skin has to breathe, the thing that a lot of people don’t know is that people who wear body paint over their bodies has to leave an area of exposed skin so it can absorb oxygen. I don’t think it can cause you to have pneumonia but it does help with keeping your skin your organ that does protect you from illness healthy and strong
