It's common sense to know people make mistakes so definitely fakes pass through sometimes. Hell even authentic shoes are probably rejected sometimes because of factory flaws
But you know what's crazy is even if its not legit, cuz its a high quality fake ... it might as well be legit if you get it from StockX , that green tag they put on all the shit they sell basically makes it legit in the sneaker culture, its crazy :D

I literally had my kanye merch (I Feel Free CPFM rejected for a return after it came with a frayed neck and scarred lettering with one almost peeling and returned it saying it was counterfeit LMAOOOO. Funny thing is that I sent in some Air Max 97 Silver Bullets in sz 11.5 last week and they sat at their Tempe, Arizona facility for a week after UPS delivered them. On StockX it showed that my sneakers were "En Route" so I sent 3 or 4 emails throughout the week and got no replies. So I opened a FTC and BBB complaint expressing my issue and on the following day I FINALLY get an email regarding my verification results. Verification FAILED due to mismatch sized shoes. WTF REALLY I know for a FACT I checked the shoe tag sizes the day I purchased them from a Shoe Palace in 2017 and again last week made sure to look over the shoes before shipping to StockX as a precaution since day sat in my collection all these years. My sell was botched by someone there at StockX and my shoes were tampered with because I know I DID NOT send a sz. 11 shoe. I have a gut feeling they screwed me for opening a complaint and saying I would take my business else where if they didn't verify or send me back my sneakers!!! Why would I even bother & waste my time sending mismatch sized shoes so that their "verifier/authenticator" can catch it just with a look at the shoe tag information? They sent some bogus shoe tag pictures and one of the box label! They had enough time to show pictures so why wasn't my sell invoice pictured in any of them especially alongside the box label to at least have some proof these were my specific pair?! Not even the Nike purchase order dates matched on the shoe tags, the sz 11 pictured had 06/07/17 and the sz 11.5 had 06/23/07, not to mention the sz 11 had the last 3 digits of the style code(884421-) not in the picture like it was done on purpose... This crooked company knows many sellers don't have recourse if something happens on their end at one of their authentication warehouses. It was my fault that I never took pictures of the shoes and size label tags alongside my printed invoice slip 😡😕👎 ,but I know on everything I love that BOTH were size 11.5 before I took them to UPS to ship with my own eyes.

Certain grails have been getting grade A quality reps since the early teens but that's grails that resell for over a G like F&Fs, samples, PEs, n LEs.

Flight Club is sometimes overpriced and sometimes not, it’s a consignment store. If people want to overprice their shoes then they usually sit & if they price it to sell they usually sell. Same exact thing with StockX. But Flight Club has max prices set for each sneaker so u can’t set the price at whatever u want. At StockX I believe u can sell for whatever u want and the overpriced stuff doesn’t usually sell but sometimes it does. StockX has made mistakes but they are rare and on the rare occasion that it’s happened to me they have corrected it. I really like StockX for opening up the marketplace & connecting buyers and sellers for hard to find items. eBay is good too but sometimes u can find stuff on StockX that’s not available on eBay and vice versa. The StockX tag says please inspect your item before removing so if u have an issue with an item u have proof that it’s the same exact item u were sent. StockX sometimes does make mistakes but sometimes scammers can try to take advantage of them too so they have to filter thru the bullshit as well as the legit buyers’ issues. StockX 1 time sent me a fake shoe but they corrected it and I buy so much from StockX and it only happened the 1 time so I have to accept the fact that human error sometimes occurs. But StockX selling fakes is by far the rare exception and not the norm so I continue to buy from StockX and the customer service always gets back to me in a timely manner. I just think with all the money they spend on advertising and sponsorships, they should try to spend a little bit more on hiring and training qualified authenticators so that no fakes get thru. But I can believe and do accept a 99.85% success rate which is pretty good but that doesn’t account for the rare occurrence when StockX let’s a fake slip thru and the buyer doesn’t realize it’s fake so it’s never corrected. Bottom line is to be very knowledgeable about what you’re buying so you’re able to legit check an item yourself. There is so much good info out there that u can usually educate yourself to determine the subtle differences on a particular shoe. I am by no means trying to put down StockX, I am just being fair about my own personal experience. I still like StockX even though they have made a mistake bc they handled the situation well and corrected it.

Then you have to ask yourself if that sneaker is going to end up being shipped to someone
I agree that manufacturers need to do a better of releasing shoes. How about sometimes companies allow pre-orders? So allow a week or two week window for customers to place an order for the shoes before manufacturing even begins. That way, a higher percentage of people can get the shoes for MSRP up front.
fakes and reps are so so good now adays, reps are made in the same place as several of the biggest shoe brands factories. Materials are back doored, authentic pairs are taken apart and rebuilt with the same materials, honestly people trip way way too much. Some reps are perfect 1:1's but if it doesnt have a nike/adidas receipt people arent having it. If I owned fakes, and found out like 2 years later, I wouldnt be trippin.. no one is gonna approach you in public get down on the ground and say, yo that stitch is off by .01 centimeters or some shit.. that doesnt happen, if you like a shoe, and how it looks, some people dont have the money other collectors do. get what you like, find quality you can afford, and dont care what other people think. I purchased a pair of sneakers through StockX and when the sneakers arrived, I found it was missing accessories that should’ve come in the box. After a series of back and forth, StockX told me “they still considered that sneaker brand new/DS in their view....!!! I then asked if I could sell that ‘exact sneaker as received’ through StockX in the future. They said no! So if I’m ever going to sell this sneaker, I’m going to have to sell it as a non DS pair and lose significant money. Sadly StockX had also previously sent me another pair of sneakers that was missing additional laces. In that case I was never worried as I was never going to use the missing laces and I had no intention of ever selling that shoe. I’d never even raised that problem with StockX, so at the time I had little idea StockX lacked integrity and had such a vile approach to accepting responsibility. I’ve since investigated what happens when other customers come across issues with their purchases at StockX and it clearly seems StockX’ go to’ response for any problem is to NEVER ADMIT FAULT. “Buyer Beware” when it comes to StockX and I advise viewers to watch the numerous UA-cam videos about this company and their penchant for selling fake shoes!
i think the gripe that people are usually upset about stockx is more so their customer service. everyone makes mistakes, human error is a thing... but the way stockx customer service always retaliates when you raise a concern they IMMEDIATELY dismiss you until you either blow up the issue via social media or go to better business bureau.

Bottom line is to be very knowledgeable about what you’re buying so you’re able to legit check an item yourself. There is so much good info out there that u can usually educate yourself to determine the subtle differences on a particular shoe. I am by no means trying to put down StockX, I am just being fair about my own personal experience. I still like StockX even though they have made a mistake bc they handled the situation well and corrected it.

Thomas Bodoczy I just have a hard time understanding the undercutting when clearly ppl are spending say 350-400$ for a sneaker & that’s the lowest ask but then you have someone that puts their ask at less than retail which which is say 200 which means their losing money after processing fees & StockX’s 8-9.5% which leads me to believe the sneaker is automatically fake because why would someone want to lose say 50-80$. Then you have to ask yourself if that sneaker is going to end up being shipped to someone

I agree that manufacturers need to do a better of releasing shoes. How about sometimes companies allow pre-orders? So allow a week or two week window for customers to place an order for the shoes before manufacturing even begins. That way, a higher percentage of people can get the shoes for MSRP up front.

fakes and reps are so so good now adays, reps are made in the same place as several of the biggest shoe brands factories. Materials are back doored, authentic pairs are taken apart and rebuilt with the same materials, honestly people trip way way too much. Some reps are perfect 1:1's but if it doesnt have a nike/adidas receipt people arent having it. If I owned fakes, and found out like 2 years later, I wouldnt be trippin.. no one is gonna approach you in public get down on the ground and say, yo that stitch is off by .01 centimeters or some shit.. that doesnt happen, if you like a shoe, and how it looks, some people dont have the money other collectors do. get what you like, find quality you can afford, and dont care what other people think. I purchased a pair of sneakers through StockX and when the sneakers arrived, I found it was missing accessories that should’ve come in the box. After a series of back and forth, StockX told me “they still considered that sneaker brand new/DS in their view....!!!
I then asked if I could sell that ‘exact sneaker as received’ through StockX in the future. They said no!
So if I’m ever going to sell this sneaker, I’m going to have to sell it as a non DS pair and lose significant money.
Sadly StockX had also previously sent me another pair of sneakers that was missing additional laces. In that case I was never worried as I was never going to use the missing laces and I had no intention of ever selling that shoe. I’d never even raised that problem with StockX, so at the time I had little idea StockX lacked integrity and had such a vile approach to accepting responsibility.
I’ve since investigated what happens when other customers come across issues with their purchases at StockX and it clearly seems StockX’ go to’ response for any problem is to NEVER ADMIT FAULT. “Buyer Beware” when it comes to StockX and I advise viewers to watch the numerous UA-cam videos about this company and their penchant for selling fake shoes!
i think the gripe that people are usually upset about stockx is more so their customer service. everyone makes mistakes, human error is a thing... but the way stockx customer service always retaliates when you raise a concern they IMMEDIATELY dismiss you until you either blow up the issue via social media or go to better business bureau.

508 cho “replicas” are just flawed pairs of the intended official design, any flaw that Nike/Adidas doesn’t accept, it gets thrown in the unwanted bin and the barcodes on the shoes are wiped to existence. Its a good chance you have a flawed pair that was passed by Nike/Adidias, these companies are all making money either way. UA’s are the prime example of what im talking about. Everything is legit except the barcode. Look it up dude.
