He’s a 39 percent 3 point shooter as a rookie, elite rebounder for a guard, good passer/keeps the ball moving on offense, is a good team defender, his a good ball handler who doesn’t turn the ball over, and most importantly he had the highest plus minus on the team/they started winning more when he got regular run
@@MaxPotentialGreatness JK definitely impacts the game. He was the only other player on the team besides Steph who could consistently get 20. They could barely beat teams like the wizards, pistons, spurs, and blazers without JK playing well. The people who weren't impacting the game were klay and wiggins. Go rewatch without that hate in your heart.
WIggs has to be packaged with Klay or Looney or Moody to be moved for any kind of value. Alone, each of these guys have little value, and to throw Podz or Trace into the mix is sacrificing their future for a present that left the building two years ago.
There is only one reason to bring George to the Dubs: Their "CurryLove" addiction. They are trying to find a piece or two to give Curry one more run at a ring, but that piece or pieces don't exist and their system doesn't work anymore. Until the Dubs cure their CurryLove addiction and realize that he is a serious option but no longer the go-to guy, they are doomed to be in the lower half of their conference as every team above them is better and getting better. Unless they come up with a 3-5 year plan and get rid of their addiction, every year will be painful for the fans for at least the next 5 or 6 years. Let Curry and Dray have their last 2 seasons out of respect for the past and then "Good-bye and thanks for the memories." They both did what they were paid the big bucks to do and the Dubs owe them nothing but respect, but no so much respect that it sacrifices the future of the team.

Curry is a perfect option because he draws double teams, spaces the floor and is in constant motion without the ball. But the small ball system doesn't work anymore and the Dubs have to start thinking about owning the paint and seeing Curry as the first option, but not the centerpiece of the offense anymore. They've got huge young upfront, two-way talent in JK, Trace, Podz and even Dray to bookend a quality big and with a great playmaking 2 with a decent 3-ball,, they're on the road to recovery. Jared Allen is my first choice and there are a few young others that a package of WIggs, Klay and Looney can bring in and still maneuver under the cap for a major 2. But first there has to be a new system put in place and I don't think that Kerr is the guy to create it. He has suddenly become old school and there are some bright young minds out there that can revamp the Dubs into a serious contender going forward. Without a new system built around a new concept starting next season, they will be dead in the water for years.
