Most non-album pcs are either preorder benefits (gift for preordering from certain stores) or fansign/luckydraw event PC (need to join events i.e. buy albums during event period)
Hi, i got the photocards mostly from preorder (which mean i place orders before album is released). For fansign/lucky draw photocards, bought them during event period. If you've missed all these, you can only buy from resellers. Mercari Japan is a good place ro start with (Wonyoung pcs could be pricey there)
