Awesome video! I am currently taking my OB class! My teacher shared this video with us. I love that you used a clay fetus and uterus diagram. I am a visual learner so thank you
theres another rule for situs solitus :- (imagine transverse section of abdomen to be clock face) consider spine at 12o clock position in both breech and cephalic no matter spine is ant, post , or on left or on right. Breech - stomach will always be at 9 o clock position and heart apex at 7 o clock position cephalic- stomach will always be at 3 o clock and heart apex will be at 5 o clock position.
Thanks a million sir. This has been so helpful. I have always struggled with this and when I tried to get help from my teacher, he himself seemed confused as he said it didn't matter whether the baby was breech or cephalic. Lol your teaching style is very easy to understand. Thanks again.
In vertex position with spine anterior you said apex is pointing left but the picture you are showing the apex is pointing on right side. PLEASE CLEAR THE DOUBT
Thank you for the information esp in situs...i really laughed during the rotation of the hand. I am waiting how you will show the cephalic pos.🤗🤗👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
During my ultrasound my son was literally pushing off my left with his feet and sailing like a jet ski to my right. I had no idea never felt him do that didn’t know that was possible and of course I couldn’t stop laughing at this Olympic swimming movement the tech really had to struggle to get the images she needed. I was so sick when pregnant I just felt like I had illness, I didn’t feel like a mom until after that day. I wasn’t so happy about all this exercise at 7-9 mos though. So this is helpful but some babys will not cooperate.😀

WOW! I tried it out with the various images and that is true. Amazing trick!!! Thanks for sharing.
Or you can just remember like in cephalic its clockwise and in breech its anticlockwise
