    I had the same issue with the Jelly much shadows, I only have one of the iridescent ones which I absolutely adore as an inner eye corner highlight, and the way I worked around it was spraying a bit of fixing spray on my brush and then dipping it in the shadow, or spray a little directly in the pot and use that wet bit with my finger. It works alright since the iridescent ones don't require as much opacity to look pretty.

      Ohh thanks for the tip! I hadn't thought of using setting spray on them!

      Add a drop of Inglot “Duraline” in it and it’ll be back to life 😇😇

    It's a shame that the jelly shadows dry out so quickly. Also I died when you started swatching the glitters. GLITTER EVERYWHEREEEE. And thank you for showing how you depot revolution shadows. I started doing it last night and oh man, the PLASTIC WASTE of the packaging is real

      Hahaha yes you could say I regretted the glitter swatching!😅😂 And no problem about the depotting! Their packaging is extremely wasteful. I really prefer cardboard palettes since they're easier to depot and you can recycle the packaging after.

    I know this is an older vid so not sure if you’ll see this but I take a flat shader, get it wet with water and swirl the wet brush in a small area of the pot to rehydrate just what u need. I own a ton of jellies and they’ve all dried out but I rehydrate over n over, no prob! Also, water works best- u don’t need to use setting spray, a mixing liquid, etc.

      Thanks for the tip!😊 I had someone recommend this on instagram too and it worked a charm for re-hydrating them! 😀

    Depotting shimmers is very simple. Just scrape the shadow into another pan and press it down with a tissue. It works pretty well. If you want a better press, you can push down an empty pan into the shadow with tissue in-between.

    Hi Kim!! were the revolution shadows magnetic? thanks for the video :)

    • @KimKroft
      @KimKroft  3 роки тому

      Hi there, none of the revolution shadows are magnetic. So they have to be removed manually and held in a magnetic palette with blue tack.

    Have you depoted any of the reloaded palettes from revolution? I want to depot mine but I don’t know how

    That is so disappointing with the jelly much shadows, there was a colour I really liked but I won't pick it up now. I just did a mini declutter of a few products, mainly just getting rid of a lot of mini mascaras I won't use because most mascaras irritate my eyes so I don't risk it.

      Yeah the jelly much shadows are such a shame since they're super beautiful and reflective when you get a good colour. I'm kind of hoping they improve the formula and re-release them. That's a shame that mascaras irritate your eyes! I end up with sooo many mascara samples so I can imagine how many you'd need to declutter!

    I wonder if you can add a bit of Aragon oil to it to revive the jelly shadows ?

    • @KimKroft
      @KimKroft  4 роки тому

      I ended up trying just plain old water mixed with them and it works soo well to rehydrate them!

      Kim Kroft oh that’s great ! Glad it helped!! They are such beautiful colors!!! It’s crazy how fast they dry! Ya I get nervous using water unless it’s distilled , I’m afraid bacteria could start in it but I could be paranoid lol 😂

    Mixing a bit of water will fix the formula of the colourpop jellies
