thats quite an incredible remix i must say. who knew having random videos as a recommended could be a good and pleasant thing. this was quite enjoying to hear you did great 👍
I don't know, they always seemed chill with sufficiently altered remixes (example being OCRemix back in early and mid 2000s), it's mostly SilvaGunner that did mash ups with barely altered soundfonts or the music still sounding too close to the original, or others doing compilations that have been vastly punished. Besides, with the amount of gameplay videos of Nintendo games on UA-cam, it's unavoidable to have their music on it, and they won't go after every streamer either. So far they haven't touched multiple Xenoblade videos either. So it seems to be Pokémon, Mario (and the various spin-offs), and maybe Zelda they are extremely protective of (and most of these are rated E, so maybe it'sthe E rated franchises they are extremely protective of...).
@@nickbritto1511 Hopefully this song counts as sufficiently altered. Its good to hear that nintendo is not as ballistic as the passing roumors I heard claimed them to be. I used to have a lot of faith in nintendo but these days I dont trust them or their products. Too many games made unplayable legally or made worse with time. That and too many greedy moves like requiring every individual account to own a DLC on a switch for it to be playable. It makes me sad to remember how they used to be and compare it to how it is now.
@@catbeefvondoom2797 Sorry for the TLDR. Oh, they were always sneaky (Mario Tennis 64 requiring getting linked to Mario Tennis GBC to unlock the GBC characters, while they could have been unlockables while the stats editing could have been a bonus from linking, Metroid Prime having the Fusion suit locked unless you link Prime and Fusion through the GBA, or the multiple times they made legendary Pokémon in-person event exclusives throughout the years, which essentially count as in-game locked content). It just became more apparent like many other studios. In short, in terms of copyrights (fan games, and OSTs from some of their franchises) they are somewhat strict in an inconsistent way (they are extremely brutal regarding fan games involving Pokémon, Zelda, Metroid, yet seem more relax regarding Mario and Zelda fan games), and the OST hunting is equally brutal regarding Mario, Zelda, Pokémon, but are more relaxed when it comes to Xenoblade, F-Zero, Splatoon, Star Fox, etc, which are their less popular franchises. Then again, I think they sold CDs with Mario's music on it (I know I had a Mario Galaxy soundtrack CD at some point). So maybe they don't strike games which have no OST CDs. But even tho they might do actions many do not like involving their products (releasing Fire Emblem Fates as a 3 part game, with the real route only being digital outside the severely limited Special Edition is one of them), they are also the ones that somewhat saved/gave a chance to franchises such as Bayonetta (I've heard they funded Bayonetta 2 which is why it is a Nintendo exclusive since then), No More Heroes (first appeared on Wii), and Daemon x Machina (first released as a Switch title from a somewhat smaller dev). Sure, their online shop is wonky, they make it insufferable to play their legacy titles unless they miraculously remake them or do a compilation, and they were among the first to have locked in-game content through link "bonuses" (now being Amiibos), but let's still give Big N credit where credit is due. Tjat is, when they do good things (let studios take time instead of rushing them, like the Xenoblade trilogy, putting co-op modes in their games instead of making people buy online to have them do co-op, or still focus on linking their devices in the same room instead of over the net only), let's be happy about it, cause frankly, they are among the less strict Japanese companies (Sega was freaking out when PSO2 was JP exclusive regarding streaming rules, Atlus, which was bought by Sega, was menacing people streaming P5 content past a certain event even though the game was out in Japan for a while, Square Enix is VERY protective of Kingdom Hearts music as well, and many other Japanese companies also do copyright strikes when the OSTs of their games or animes are online). I think the most relaxed ones are Capcom, the American side of Sega, Platinum (MadWorld, Anarchy Reigns, Bayonetta), and Grasshopper Manufacture (No More Heroes, Let It Die, Killer7).
What a Awesome way to start the new year, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 🤩
Happy new year lemon :D

Wow, this deserves way more attention.
Awesome song! I wish you luck in not getting shot down by Nintendo, I know they hate it when people enjoy their music.
