I can't believe it's an actual ghost in GTA. FINALLY!
Interesting fact:
If you look at Jolene's ghost from the camp site directly under the appearance spot. She glows and she is in a glitched rectangle. Plus you can hear her Whispering and Screaming when standing near the camp site during in-game time 23:00hrs and 0:00hrs. Really creepy and I almost sh*t my pants when I heard her screams and whispers.

Niko's Jacket is a re-used aset, like the Penumbra's interior. i can't remember where i saw that Jacket, i believe it was in the Vehicle warehouse garage from Import/Export
also, a Pic of a Yellow Tampa can be found in the two Blaine county LSC's (near Trevor's airfield and in Paleto Bay/top of the map), there's a door on the outside that can be entered, some other cool stuff is found like the beta Bagger (Was supposed to be manufactured by Principe) and Steel Horse (Cut brand)

Hey Jizzy, Before watching this video, I just wanted to say its good of you to start doing secrets for HD universe, i.e. GTA 5, although I'm still wishing for a GTA 4 one. I played 4 but didn't play 5 till now.
