The Buddha said that not everything is Karma. But he said he was not the same as Tirthankara and the teachers He had met before he became Buddha

Hopefully, the Tibetans will and can get back to their species' appropriate ancestral carnivorous way of eating and consume less of the prison/convict/slave/refugee/aid/modern plant based grain foods which cause so many issues like hypertension, T2 Diabetes, PCOS, hyperinsulimenia, mental health, dementia, Alzheimer's, GERD, autoimmune diseases, gut issues, skin issues.

Great hearing Nida. Other guy talks way too much. Behavior is a cause and an effect of habitual patterns. There's nothing mysterious about it.
