You can make Different things from Heavy Cream;
1. Whipping Cream: just by blending the cream for 2 mins on high speed blender.
2. Butter: 1.5 gallon makes 2 medium sticks of butter. You need to blend the cream for 5-10 mins with breaks until butter separates from 3. Buttermilk: leftover milk
4. Coffee Creamer: Add 1 cup of heavy cream in 3 cups of milk to make half and half for tea and coffee
5. Ghee from Butter: let the butter melt and simmer on medium high heat until clear yellow liquid separates.

Yes butter ko achi tarah se cold clean water se dhona hay aur achy se squeeze karky phir store karna hy.
Butter ka taste bikul desi makhan jaisa hota hy. Margarine jaisa ni hota
