The sunglasses are perfect. They should cover your entire orbital bone. Best for decreasing aging around your eyes from harmful sun rays. 🌞

You are right, you're not supposed to soak wooden spoons, or put wood in the dishwasher!
I know you're not a primer or setting spray gal, but I find those are the two steps that make me look dewy, as well as not using a matte foundation!
Yeah I was thinking that primer would probably help her to be more dewy. When I don't use a primer my makeup looks more patchy and cakey.
So glad to see you even though you're still under the weather! Rona Lisa is the worst! We had it last year in January, and I swear I didn't start breathing right until March. Hopefully you'll start feeling better soon! Timing-wise, FFF seasonals are customizing today, and you made me glad that I chose the spoon rest. 😊

My Hourglass ambient lighting palette is one that I can’t believe I didn’t buy a couple of years ago. It doesn’t look like anything going on, but it makes my skin look smooth as butter. I haven’t tried their blush. Hope you feel better!

I thought my thirties were my best decade but now that I am in my mid 40s, I realize this decade is pretty good too. Sure I have some fine lines and hyperpigmentation but I find I have more time for hobbies, am more comfortable in my skin and have the best relationships (friends/family/love). It is scary entering a new decade but each one offers exciting new experiences and opportunities for growth. Also, the older my husband and I get, the more money we have for tattoos!

I’ve had three children, went to law school, fell in love, owned horses, won a few elections, won a snowboarding competition, learned to speak 3 other languages,flown 2 different planes, ETC. I’ve lived in several different countries. All decades have been my best! All of these years matter. Just enjoy!

I think everyone had it in December/January...obviously not everyone everyone...but a lot of people did! Including me. It sounds like so many people had it then. I didn't get tested but my fiance got sick (like a month later?) and had the same symptoms. He tested positive.
My whole family had it 2 weeks ago also, my 3 year old and 16 year old didn't have any symptoms, myself and 16 year old didn't show up on the home tests, only the PCR.
My partner wasn't happy at all because he's very obsessive with being careful. XxX

I love your dishwasher stance. I feel the same about dry clean only clothes and the washer and dryer. If it can't survive those, i don't want it anyway.
So glad to see you in the land of the living! Really not a fan of those sunglasses, but definitely acceptable for Vegas, though! You HAVE to be extra there. I do like that spoon holder; it's the only thing from the box I would choose to purchase on its own.
Wood cutting boards shouldn't really go in the dishwasher :P You can get thin plastic cutting boards that you can use on top of wood cutting boards so the wood boards stay clean and you can put the sheets in the dishwasher

The robe is gorgeous! The wine glasses are just kinda meh...but the only thing that matters is if YOU are happy with this box! Actually! Yeah! Around the pool or exploring outside with those sun glasses yes! They scream like Queen Brunette Barbie glasses. Lol 🤷🏻♀️. I like the spoon rest, dishwasher safe a must. Love it. The sunglasses I think were only $40 but that robe that b is almost 200 😱🤷♀️ And you know the hourglass stuff is Hella expensive also so overall it’s a pretty great box for the money , Hope you feel better take your vitamin D 😊🙏🏼

Who on earth has been telling you that you look crusty?! Or was it that your makeup looked crusty?! It doesn’t, not even close! And you don’t either!
Also, whoever told you that your makeup makes you look like a 45 year old librarian, they need their eyes seriously tested and their heads checked or at the very least their heads knocked together with whoever told you that you or your makeup looks crusty!
I do understand that when it comes to reading your comments, those 500 positive comments telling you how cute you are or how beautiful you look as well as how awesome the video was, they are completely cancelled out by that 1 or maybe 2 comments telling you that you look like a 45 year old librarian or that your makeup looks crusty!
Those negative comments cut deep, even though they are in the minority by an absolutely huge margin and those are the comments that stick in your head.
Just remember, the people who wrote those comments are miserable and they are jealous of you, that you can be so upbeat and happy, especially in this video when you are feeling like crap, also that you look gorgeous and that you have skills with your makeup (I’m jealous of that one, so I am sure that they are too, plus they brought up your makeup, which makes me think that they must be jealous of it).
Any time you read a negative comment here, remember that the things that they are criticising you for are the things that they don’t like about themselves - I guarantee it. It is themselves that they don’t like, not you.
Now, those sunnies are fabulous! They gave me an Audrey Hepburn vibe and they absolutely looked right on your face! They definitely work. I say wear them with confidence!
You trying to open a box with nail clippers had me laughing so much and I am sitting outside, while everyone else is in bed, trying to sleep! Oops!
The spoon holder, I really liked. I love grey and I like understated things.
The wine glasses that aren’t glass, mmmmm they are a bit meh for my taste, I’m not dying about the pink and gold sparkles. But I suppose I can see that they would be handy for a picnic or for an outdoor thing! I think it’s just the sparkles that I don’t love, but everyone’s taste is different and I absolutely wouldn’t think less of anyone I saw using them!
All in all, I still think this was a great box and it definitely looks like it is worth much more than it costs. That is always a fantastic thing in my book!

Keep getting better had Rona Lisa back in July. Kept throwing up couldn't eat for 6 days ended up going to ER for IV fluids no fun.
Lol the glowy look is usually achieved with solid skincare prep...which you don't typically enjoy as much as the makeup lol. Mixing a little cerave, jojoba oil, and a brightening serum into your foundation gets ya glowy healthy skin! 😘
You do look cute in the sunglasses! I always have sunglasses on me bc I have light eyes, suffer from migraines, am terrified of wrinkles, and live in Florida. ☀️🌴
But I am hyper aware of finding the "right" ones for my face shape, so I know how you feel. Take it from an amateur specialist when I say they really suit you!

Most wood and bamboo is not dishwasher safe. I have found that not running the drying cycle seems to help them last longer though. I'm also a very dishwasher friendly only house.

I was so excited for this box and the customization options. HOWEVER when I went to choose today the choices were different than advertised. Apparently they ran out of items very quickly and had to substitute with other thing. Things that weren’t worth the same value. I heard some annual members say that there were things that weren’t even available for them. It just seems like FFF didn’t plan correctly this time. I ended up canceling cause it wasn’t worth it.
Mine had repeat items that I was already offered and to add up in value, it was offered with more (ie the Olivia bag and bucket hat were offered together) I tried to cancel last season and it wouldn’t let me 🤦🏼♀️
I was online when they opened customizations and they didn't have any of the "higher named" items they advertised/previewed. Very disappointing since I read they are raising their prices.
@@cdssweetpea - same. I logged in 3 MINUTES after it opened, and there was nothing left that had been teased. Even worse, I didn’t even end up getting the items I customized. I kinda feel like all the higher priced items - Fenway, Patrick Starr, and even the Hourglass item we’re all reserved for influencers and PR folks. Disappointed.
@@erical8437 the items weren't even listed as choices when I went on. It's crazy that they raise the price promising better brands and then not even have them available to the "general" public at all. I've been getting the box for awhile but am thinking about cancelling now.

you would feel cooler in a cotton or muslin robe. most likely the robe you got is not real satin...polyester or nylon...warm and clingy to damp skin. could be wrong.

The trick to a shiny face for me is the setting spray and or the base. My skin is dry and I live in a desert so I basically have to coat myself with moisture and be generous with the nyx dewy spray.( open to other suggestions since nyx is always sold out in my area)
Edit : tried a hack that kind of worked today . I sprayed my face till it was like wet wet with setting spray and then used a blowdryer on the low setting to dry it. I was surprised by how extra dewy i looked and my makeup did not move even in the heat and sweating.

I was dx with Rona on Feb 1st. I had both vaccine and booster. I only had symptoms for a couple of days like real bad allergies. But due to being a oncology nurse, I had to stay out 10 days. Go back on Monday
