hey miles those two backhands you took weren’t bad but what i’d say to help improve it is FIND THE NET with your eyes. once you’re facing your net and are back to goal rotate your head find your spot on the net and let her fly. use those eyes and it’ll all go uphill from there.

hey miles, how do you develop a strong underhand shot?

rule #1 to a hard SHOT at all. have a strong core and get as much rotation as possible out of your core the more you rotate the more power. get your arms away from your body and pulled back and you’re chilling.
