i wouldn’t say there’s a “better” server, it all depends on your preferences! but ill give you a few pros and cons on GMS reboot since that’s what i play. so i chose reboot bc i wanted to make friends (i didn’t want to feel like i was playing a dead game) and it’s the most populated server. having friends or people who are progressing at the same pace as you can also motivate you to get stronger/grind. but because it’s the most populated server, there’s shitty moments when there’s way too many people on during good events, hence servers crash. it’s also hard to find the best maps to train/farm at times and when you do find a good map, there’s probably not going to be any burnings. but there’s also almost an unlimited supply of public mvps
also because there’s no auction house/trading in reboot, you basically get all your gear and items on your own. it’s not P2W. carries are definitely a thing and can help you out when you’re too weak for certain bosses like CRA and Lomien. most people get carried through those bosses in the beginning anyways to help them start up, but you can also choose to solo progress tho. Out of all the regular servers, I think Bera is the most populated one. You can definitely progress in regular servers without having to spend money at all, but it’ll take a long time and a lottttt of effort. In reboot, you don’t really have a choice, your items are YOUR items and if you want fast progression without spending any money, then reboot would be for you. Regardless, people still spend money in reboot though because they want cute cosmetics. :)
@@godramen4835 oh yeah kms is definitely more crowded, gms reboot population is probably so calm compared to kms LOL i'd say join a guild that has a similar timezone as you! my guild, Chonky is accepting mains and we're mostly NA timezone. we have a few members who live in OCE and EU, but they're active the same times most of the members are :)

i don’t think the majority of players think like that, but just like any other game, you’ll be happy if you get gains and get upset if the rng gods aren’t on your side 🤣 if you spend so much time, effort, and money into something, it makes sense if you care about your progress. at the end of the day, it’s just a game, but i wouldn’t say people’s lives depend on a silly mushroom game haha ^^
