Hi Brand, Thank you for your question. I always lean toward the RED TEXT (what Jesus said) over anyone else (Paul, Moses, the prophets, the law). If I see a conflict between Paul's teaching and Jesus' teaching, can't I point it out? Christians have to ask themselves, "Do I follow Christ or Paul?" If I follow Christ, I follow Christianity. If I follow Paul, I follow Paulianity. Paul's gospel is ABOUT Jesus but is not ALIGNED with Jesus in many ways. Based on my study, about 60% is aligned and 40% is misaligned. Paul says ONLY FAITH is required. Jesus says FAITH and WORKS are required. Paul never met Jesus during his ministry. He says he saw Jesus on the road to Damascus. Nobody can confirm that event. Paul says you only have to have faith. "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9) But true faith is only revealed by acting on that faith. Works show your belief. Anyone can say they believe with their mouth, but belief is only revealed through action. This is why in Matthew 9:5-7 Jesus says: 5 For whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and walk? 6 But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house. 7 And he arose, and departed to his house. His work proved his faith/belief. Your fruit proves your root. Many people say they are rooted in God (like the Sadducees and Pharisees) but they didn't produce any fruit to prove it-good works and fruits of the spirit. Even James, the half-brother of Jesus, debated Paul and wrote "For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also." (James 2:26) I trust James more than Paul. And I trust what Jesus said himself more than James. Jesus said this about works. Matthew 25:35-40 YOU MUST CARE FOR OTHERS, WHICH IS WORK 35 For I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’ 37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? 38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ 40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’ Matthew 7:17-20 YOU MUST BEAR GOOD FRUIT, WHICH IS WORK (Remember he cursed the fruitless fig tree) 17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them. Matthew 7:21-23 YOU MUST DO THE WILL OF THE FATHER, WHICH IS WORK 21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’ Matthew 12:50 YOU MUST DO THE WILL OF THE FATHER, WHICH IS WORK 50 For whosoever shall do the will of My Father who is in Heaven, the same is My brother, and sister, and mother.” Matthew 16:24-26 YOU MUST TAKE UP YOUR CROSS, WHICH IS WORK 24 Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. 25 For whoever would save his life[a] will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. 26 For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul? Mark 12:30-31 YOU MUST LOVE GOD AND OTHERS, WHICH IS WORK 30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’[a] 31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b] There is no commandment greater than these.” Luke 4:46 YOU MUST DO WHAT JESUS TEACHES, WHICH IS WORK 46 “Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say? This is my research based on RED TEXT readings of what Jesus said, not Paul. I am okay with disagreeing in our interpretations as long as both of our hearts are genuinely seeking to be Christlike. Wishing you well 🙏🏾

Why you must take a shot at Paul's work on each video?
Hi Brand,
Thank you for your question.
And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9)
But true faith is only revealed by acting on that faith. Works show your belief. Anyone can say they believe with their mouth, but belief is only revealed through action.
This is why in Matthew 9:5-7 Jesus says:
5 For whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and walk?
6 But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house.
7 And he arose, and departed to his house.
His work proved his faith/belief. Your fruit proves your root. Many people say they are rooted in God (like the Sadducees and Pharisees) but they didn't produce any fruit to prove it-good works and fruits of the spirit.
Even James, the half-brother of Jesus, debated Paul and wrote "For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also." (James 2:26)
I trust James more than Paul.
And I trust what Jesus said himself more than James.
Jesus said this about works.
Matthew 25:35-40 YOU MUST CARE FOR OTHERS, WHICH IS WORK
35 For I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’
37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink?
38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You?
39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’
40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’
Matthew 7:17-20 YOU MUST BEAR GOOD FRUIT, WHICH IS WORK (Remember he cursed the fruitless fig tree)
17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit.
19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them.
Matthew 7:21-23 YOU MUST DO THE WILL OF THE FATHER, WHICH IS WORK
21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’
23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’
Matthew 12:50 YOU MUST DO THE WILL OF THE FATHER, WHICH IS WORK
50 For whosoever shall do the will of My Father who is in Heaven, the same is My brother, and sister, and mother.”
Matthew 16:24-26 YOU MUST TAKE UP YOUR CROSS, WHICH IS WORK
24 Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.
25 For whoever would save his life[a] will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
26 For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?
Mark 12:30-31 YOU MUST LOVE GOD AND OTHERS, WHICH IS WORK
30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’[a]
31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b] There is no commandment greater than these.”
Luke 4:46 YOU MUST DO WHAT JESUS TEACHES, WHICH IS WORK
46 “Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say?

@@myspiritualexperienceweren’t Paul’s words inspired by the Holy Spirit and therefore from God?
