Hocus pocus gives me such cozy vibes lol it's definitely a classic. The sailor moon collection also made me so excited about their releases and now the baby yoda one also makes me very excited!
I loveeeeee Hocus Pocus. Halloween is my favorite holiday and that's my favorite Halloween movie. That said, I'm not surprised that you haven't seen it because I know Halloween isn't a big thing outside of the states. The first look is my fav btw! I've heard this collection isn't restocking as well! CP responded to some people in their comment section asking about when the restock was saying it was a one time deal, which I'm surprised, but ngl I'm not hurting. I wasn't really into the collection outside of the packaging because I didn't think much thought was put into anything but the packaging on the liners. I did want to get a liner but I'm fine without them since I don't CP's gel liners often anyway. The body glitter is def out of place though. I was like, weird addition to the collection but okay. I would've preferred some gel liner pots with the same packaging instead lol. BTW, I saw your Halloween spider makeup on IG and it looks SO COOL!

As always, thank you for the in depth review, comparison swatches and beautiful looks! I grew up with Hocus Pocus so it's a childhood classic for me, but I was both disappointed by and grateful for this color story. Nothing appealed to me except for the liners, but that meant I didn't have to spend October mired in Makeup FOMO from a limited collection selling out in .05 seconds. The packaging was really perfect, though.
Havent watched this movie also, the palette looks so nice and pretty but I gotta pass since it sold out pretty quickly. This is also like the lipstick set they release last yr too limited..
The eyeshadow looks are gorgeous!! I love Hocus Pocus as a movie but this collection didn't scream to me as much. Maybe I wanted a grungier colour scheme haha. BTW what is on your nails?? They look like multichromes, it's beautiful 😍😍

ive seen makeup artists go over the band with a black sharpie to help remove the shine/"clear" band before applying the lashes if that helps at all haha
I did like the green book even though the overall palette is not appealing to me. But as usual you did a great job doing all three looks My Dear judy🤓😍

This Hocus Pocus palette was the first palette to really pull me in colour story wise for like a year. I wish it wasn't Hocus Pocus so it would've been easier to buy, lol. I also loved the liners. Oh well, I'll just enjoy the looks I see. Thanks for the variety of looks, everyone did purple and green combo. About the reds: They're meant to match the sister's lipsticks in the movie so it is passable. Plus it's Halloween so you can get away with the combo.
How do you stop shimmer falling out the matte/shadows? I bought the colourpop garden variety palette but no matter how much I tap the product out I always get glitter particles all over my face + they're so difficult to remove 😭😭
I'm having a hard time taking a pick as a fave from the 3 looks. Love 'em all actually. But I think I could pull off the 2nd and 3rd look 😛 Stay awesome Judy 😊

the only thing i can suggest it to do your eyes first! some of their sequin formula has fly aways even if u tap it out :/
