Without spoiling much, it is important to note that Great Sage, now Raphael, was not supposed to have sentience, and that its emergence had been due to extremely unique circumstances. Rimuru was actually supposed to use the skill's incredible processing capabilities for himself instead of leaving it to 'them'. This all happened because of a 'wish'.
Basically, imagine a Rimuru with Raphael levels of intellect and processing. That is what he could've been if 'they' hadn't emerged, and even now he is still not using the skill to its full potential.
Honestly, it's kinda crazy the amount of synergy that great sage and predator have together.
Let's not talk about how most people only get one unique skill, rimuru got 2 unique skills that just so happen to work together really well and then when you add in the unique skill he got from shizu which allows the fusing of skills, his growth rate and potential becomes crazy.

I believe Treyni mentioned the protection in season 1 I think it was because Rimuru was named by Veldora or probably because they share a family name or both.
protection based on Concept. Veldora have Authority over Storm, Annihilation, Destruction, Corrosion and all of that is Chaos. I mean Concept of Chaos encompasses smaller concepts like Storm, Annihilation, Destruction and Corrosion.

3: to everyone in the world i dont excactly know when this happens but i think matters concerning true dragons is one of the times this happens

I don't see where "How not to summon a demon lord" fits for borderline Hentia. It's got some ecchi and fan service but that's all that I recall. You might like it because it's an isekia where gamer MC is socially awkward and communicates via his Demon Lord role play. I read the manga. honestly, it could probably just be chalked up to a translation error. yen press is notorious for being a little iffy with their works, and they even referred to souka as a "he" once. they probably saw gender neutral pronoun and said "fuck it, i don't actually give a shit"

When rimuru was getting new skills and evolving it was voice of the world who was talking but only to rimuru or to the whole tempest ?
During the scene where he's getting skills that was the great sage talking , it then ask the voice of the world, the world system to evolve but didn't have the right amount of power to so great sage sacrifice 2 skills to evolve into Raphael and gained a ego , then Raphael merged the 2 skills he/she lost into beelzebub his second ultimate skill (geld has a devolved version of the skill called beelzebuth alot of anime explain channels confuse the 2 and sometimes say rimiru has the buth skill )
I believe that conversation was between words of the world and great sage with Rimuru watching/learning. As great sage was requesting skills to be upgraded and skills that were being sacrificed to upgrade skills.

Remember that all Unique and Ultimate skills are made up of other skills. So, yes. It is all those minor skills working as one that does that.
All of Creation is a sub skill of Great Sage, the he part is Rirmaru; as long he has some knowledge or understand the concept, All of Creation will inform him everything he doesn't know or understand
if you look at how strong rimuru i think you also need to look at how strong is anos cuz they were 1 pack ( that what poeple say )
