Minish what are some good singed tips. I like learning new champions. I'm currently diamond 2. Like a tip that you only learn after 1000+ games on singed.
There's a hero in hots called stitches. He's like blitzcrank but if you press 1 you can hook your allies out of danger

How about this Blitzcrank mini rework idea:
Overdrive (W): Now also has the effect of Power Fist (E). Cooldown and Duration reduced to match Power Fist (E).
Power Fist (E): Renamed to Safety Fist (E): The next Rocket Grab (Q) deals no damage and pulls allied Champions, instead of enemies.

It should just hook allies too - it's how Pudge's hook works in Dota. Was disappointed when I first played League when it first came out and Blitz's hook didn't work the same.

I wouldn’t mind blitz q pulling allies too. Like tahm kench can eat allies. But it shouldn’t be an either or as you suggested. It should remain a skill shot. If you want to save your friends you have to land the hook through all obstacles just as you would to hook an enemy
