The grain the poudre leather may be too hard for this bag, maybe that's why its ripping :( I have another ysl bag in that same material and its very stiff. The old grainy leather that they used for sdj's was softer, but sadly they stopped making that for the nano.
Hi there, did your bag come with keys? And are you able to attach it to the button clasp inside of the bag? I tried to attach mine but for som reason they're too loose. They only fit on the outside button clasps where the removable flaps are attached :/

Yea that's probably why, the bag itself is pretty heavy too
YSL has another version that have a zip. Idk what it called tho. But it looks softer.

Ysl bags only come with the dustbags and not with boxes 😢
