Are you gonna swap to the new KBW / RC adre 1 build?
That doesn't really worth price for me. They are like 1% better than KBW3+EP1 build iirc
how much leeway is there for getting 60 stacks w the new rotation
I'm not so sure what of kind of leeway you're wondering. But to answer. It's most likely 7~8 secs rotation.

@@heyjxhnnynah it's okwe have 3 stacking skills that are under 6s cd so I don't think it's too hard. wind cut+surprise attack stack 15 and spin cutters with 6 stacks
