i love ur videos. right i am studing in nit nagpur after the class i will see ur videos.it makes me revision all at a time. i suggesting more and more people to watch
sections topoc. a pentagonal prism having base with 30mm side and 60mm axis lies on one of its rectangular faces on the HP with its axis inclined at 45 degree to VP an AVP inclined at 30degree cuts the prism ata distance of 20mm from one of the wnd face. draw its sectional front view and top view solve this
Sir if we make a line in the top right quadrant with angle 45 (the angle that cutting plane makes) then we make projection line from the points related to sectional view from top left quadrant to top right quadrant then we go down to bottom right quadrant perpendicularly....and then match those point with projections from sectional top view. Will it give the true shape of the hatched area??? Plz reply
10. A hexagonal prism of base edge 30 mm and axis 70 mm is resting with one of its rectangular faces on the ground with its axis parallel to the both planes. It is cut by a sectional plane perpendicular to V.P and 45° to H.P. It cuts one of the ends at a distance of 20 mm from the bottom. Draw the sectional top view.
Good job sir, why do you normally hatched the true shape of section parallel? In sectioning parallel lines are avoided. I think the true shape of section should also be hatched to 45 degrees as the top and side views are done. What's your opinion?
I believe section lines are kept parallel always. Anyway i always do the sectioning at 45 deg with respect to a horizontal line. Well the idea is if u have a closed geometrical figure (say 5 sides) to be hatched.....Then start drawing hatching lines at 45 deg with respect to any side......
In my reference book,,it has been told that hatching lines must be 45 degrees to the main axis line Is it mandatory to do so,,or we can just make normal lines?
sir, in this question you are naming the top view as 1,2,3,4,5,6. but in next qn no 7 you have named the top view (1,7),(2,8) ....... How to know about it please ??
Sir kripya aap video Hindi me Banaye aapka samjhaya hua to bahut accha hota hai lekin thoda language problem ho jata hai agar aap Hindi me video banane Lage to aap number 1 teacher Ban Jayenge

you are equivalent to a god for the engineering students!!
So understandable...... 5 hours remaining in papers...... And learning now... But thanks a lot sir
👍👍
Sir plz do NIT and IIT level problems
i love ur videos. right i am studing in nit nagpur after the class i will see ur videos.it makes me revision all at a time. i suggesting more and more people to watch
It's no problem If I rotate 90° the sectional top view to get sectional side view??

will make a video it very soon. will surely tag you........
What method you use for making the videos
Isn’t the base edges parallel to vp?

Your explanation is amazing 👏 👏 👏 sir can I know where you reside
Sir please help
I need a reverse type problem
Where true shape of section is already given
Sir I have one doubt why we can not represent another base of the prism

U are God for us sir u made me to. Understand all the topics of EG thank u so much sir
The question says the base is on 'ground' so shouldn't the projections be drawn in 3rd angle view?
No, that is not a requirement.
sir i need a problem where the cutting plane is perpendicular to both vp and hp and is placed at some distance from left of axis
Good job sir, why do you normally hatched the true shape of section parallel? In sectioning parallel lines are avoided. I think the true shape of section should also be hatched to 45 degrees as the top and side views are done. What's your opinion?

Sir u are amazing just because of u i can understand section that was seeming so tough to me but it's not. ...... thank u so much for this explanation
All the best.

How to draw section when pne information aboit true section is given?
Can me have the link of the theory section sir??
U doing marvelous job .video r superb .pls keep it up , so helpfull for us .
is the top view in the video also called sectional top view?
It is a top view before the introduction of the cutting plane and a sectional top view after the prism is cut
@@frankm.2424 okay so in a question if they were to mention just top view then I should draw the top view before the cutting plane. thank you
Thank you so much you are an amazing teacher 💖
big fan
In my reference book,,it has been told that hatching lines must be 45 degrees to the main axis line
Is it mandatory to do so,,or we can just make normal lines?
Nimish....its true and its recommended to use 45 deg for hatching......
Thank you manas sir...
Your videos are really helpful, started loving ed after watching your videos...!!!
Bro thank 🙏💕 u so much u have saved our time and easy to understand😉
Thank you very much it helped me very much.really I can't express it
Why this can't be make in third quadrant?
The point where the cutting plane cuts the axis of the prism. Why isn't that taken as one of the cutting points as a',b',c'... are taken?
404speed the axis is an imaginary line thats y....where as points a' and b' are the points for the physical vertical edge....
Manas Patnaik Thank you for clarifying that. Your videos are really helpful.
i dont know how you pick the points in solids which is cut by planes. It is so confusing.clear me!
Thanks sir its really helpful💯
sir, in this question you are naming the top view as 1,2,3,4,5,6.
but in next qn no 7 you have named the top view (1,7),(2,8) .......
How to know about it please ??
Same doubt... If u got this plz explain
Awesome
Good one
clear concept liked it
