It's strange listening to him talk, makes him human, cause his playing is super human! My son (student of music & classical guitar) who wasn't raised on Persian sounding music, but thanks to my insistence got into this SAVANT, would say about payvar: He was *GRAND MASTER* OF THREE THINGS: 1. His instrument 2. Persian music 3. MUSIC ITSELF Personally, I still cry listening to him & watching him play in black white old tv clips.
