The Sultan Ahmed Mosque has one main dome, six minarets, and eight secondary domes. The design is the culmination of two centuries of Ottoman mosque development. It incorporates some Byzantine Christian elements of the neighboring Hagia Sophia with traditional Islamic architecture and is considered to be the last great mosque of the classical period. The architect, Sedefkâr Mehmed Ağa, synthesized the ideas of his master Sinan, aiming for overwhelming size, majesty and splendour.( Source : wiki)

Fun fact 🇦🇱, Sedefkar Mehmed Agha, who was the architect of the Blue Mosque was Albanian. Search up, is sedefkar mehmed agha albanian and it will say
"Sedefkar Mehmed Agha Biçakçiu or Sedefqar Mehmeti of Elbasan (Modern Turkish: Sedefkâr Mehmet Ağa, about 1540 - 1617) is recorded as the Ottoman architect of the Sultan Ahmed Mosque (the "Blue Mosque") in Istanbul. He was of Albanian origin"

jai prakash Singh Be sure to post lots of videos then!!! Been to Singapore twice,, spent 3 months in Indonesia (mainly Sulawesi and Bali, 10 intense days of Java) 36 years ago. It was wonderfullllll:-)
