I feel very fortunate to have come across your channel. Every tip I have learned from your videos and applied while playing has helped me progress my account immensly when I had been stuck at a road block that felt impassable. Slowly I have been building my character to a point where I am not always struggling in all the content in the game and also have gotten to I3 comfortably when before I was stuck in I1 with a character that was barely suited for H3. As some one who was a new player desperate for help and struggling to find answers on YT to help make sense of the game, I hope that every new player in this position can find your channel and learn from you as I have been doing because it has completely changed my experience in the game making it far more enjoyable than I thought it ever would be again. Thank you for all that you and your videos have done for me in the past few months and I hope for you nothing but the best as you definitely deserve it! ❤😊
Thank you for the kind words, definitely makes it easier to wake up at 5AM to make this videos for you guys after reading this xD I would to have you on our discord, it is the perfect place for beginners - it's a Diablo Immortal Wiki with a bunch of veterans to help you
ty for the video! im the one who requested/asked in discord if there was a video about this and you acutally made it. Im very thankful i came across your youtube. It helped me out a ton
Thing about skill stones, when you first create one, use a skill thats in demand by the current most broken class ~ ~ First there will be demand second better chance of turnover / sale.
great video Good advice about pets and charms When charms was newer I spend at least 20-30k plat I think and didn't get anything special Same for pets, I wanted a savior cat and I spent 200-400k plat converting (didn't actually calculate but I believe it's 200k+) cats which per 4k for a normal one until I ended up buying one for 160k When systems are new they are a major plat sinks
I used to be in the trap of selling charms. But with the changes to the game and watching your videos I now won't bother about trying to sell charms. Now I will just keep the grand charms, or whatever name they are called that happens to have the skills that the build uses for the class that I am playing at the moment. Then if I can get real lucky and get all five skills of the same class and the same build that I am using then I will keep that one.
I can sell charms with 2 or better 3 skills for one class. Specialy for barbs, tempests and necros. Mostly for max price. But as I count 500 p for extract and tax for selling, geting like 500-900 neto plat. Not a big and often thing. Still shoul be cerful what extract a try to sell. Great content, btw. Perfect for newcomers, but also good for "veterans". Think you have much deeper understanding of game mechanics than a lot youtubers, what doing this for 2 years.
I see what you mean, getting 2-3 skills maybe interesting to try and sell, but is there even a market for that? I see even whales with the most basic charms, overall charm isn't even worth the investment of the platinum specially if you like to multiclass. We need a new charm system asap
Skill stones I tend to upgrade one that has a skill I could make use of but then stick it on Market for max price. Since if it doesn't sell i just use it. Or buy it from myself with alts.
Usually it rarely sells, so I can’t recommend doing this. Definitely you can buy with alts, but Alts isn’t for me unfortunately also it’s not feasible for many players due to their time constraints.
Secondary stats from normal gems really shouldn't be used as a selling point for PVE progression in Inferno 2, Inferno 3 etc like you mentioned. For PVE content the only time they really become a consideration is if you are pushing the bleeding edge of server first Challenge Rift clears, or C-rift tiers in general, typically while 200-300 CR under the recommended amount. There does come a point where the bottleneck on progression in those high end area of the game leans more on secondary than it does on Combat Rating, simply because when you're in the 8500 - 9000 resonance area your raw damage is going to be enough to outweigh the % damage dealt you will be receiving from the lack of Combat rating. It's very possible to clear new floors when you are -80% damage dealt or more when your sheet damage is pushing 50,000, so it is for that reason it somewhat falls back onto something like ArPen because the damage required to kill a boss can come up short on it's full health pool if you are having crits that are missing 40%+ of their potential damage. Outside of that very specific and low population of the games progression you can literally never look at your secondary stats ever when it comes to just playing within the current games difficulty block. It's just irrelevent for PVE. What matters monumentally more for that is the build you have, specifically the Legendary gem loadout. One of not only new players downfalls in this game, but veteran players that are just stuck in their ways as well, is the fact that they are still incapable of understanding that in strict PVE content your resonance doesn't mean shit. It has already been tested multiple times by reputable players ( Auroth etc), that a ~2000-2500 resonance player with a Rank 3 BSJ and Rank 3 Bottled hope, filling in the rest of the gems with high quality PVE / damage driven gems like Berzerker's Eye, Mother's Lament, Pain Clasp, Fervent Fang and similar gems, none of which even have to be at Rank 10, will consistently outperform an 8-9k resonance whale with all Rank 10 gems that are of the usual and commonly seen loadout, so thinking something like BSJ, BH, Roiling, SFS and pretty much just pick any other 4 gems you want because it doesn't really matter. You need to build a character around damage and take advantage of gems that work well together, lean hard on multipliers that are straight % damage increases. Resonance is actually the worst stat in the game for PVE damage. But because people were sold the golden idea of high reso well before these types of high quality comparisons and tests were done by people taking the time to do so they have remained stuck in their ways. Secondary stats will give competitive advantage in BG's and PVP situations where they are not being supressed by a condition of the match to normalize the game, but the percentage of people playing this game that has to worry about them for anything to do with PVE is likely less than 5%-10%
You are picking the exception in PvE of Challenge Rift where secundaries don’t matter. In the rest of the PvE game modes, dungeons all the 99% of the daily activities, you get +57% crit dmg, % duration on your dots. It’s an important add up to the rest of your stats, and extremely important in PvP if not the most important.
@IndezYT PVP I'm not questioning, secondary stats are more important than even Resonance after a certain breakpoint, possibly even overall with the way match making is done lately. I think you're misreading some of what I said. I didn't mean or say secondary do not matter in c-rift. I said that high challenge rift push is where secondary stats DO matter. But that's pretty much it for PVE. The only other place would be Gauntlet, and realistically the drop off on importants is steep from the final gauntlet of a tier down to 2 and 1, which are usually trivial in terms of the tuning. Like if you're right now trying to push higher than 345 you need that shit because the extra crit damage on a boss with 500 million+ life gives it value when you need every point of damage possible. But they don't carry that weight everywhere else in PVE. There is no area of the game where being a little under armor pen is going to make or break you because you will never be at +0% crit damage, even low value will have 80% or more of the total bonus that is achieveable. So like 45% I like your videos, you're doing great for a newer player, but you tend to make blanket statements sometimes that are kinda casting a net that picks up some things that are inaccurate along with stuff that is accurate. Only reason I correct is because a lot of new ish players watch you and there's too much misinformation going around in this game already. Everybody has their own interpretation of how things work, but the reality is not everybody can be right when its 5-10 different opinions. It's been a problem of the game for awhile now. It's also not helped by Netease lack of transparancy about the inner workings of many secondary stats and other mechanics. Anybody going into a new Inferno difficulty really shouldn't be thinking they can't proceed because they don't have their armor pen up enough. The truth is the only thing that matters for any of those people is that they have the minimum recommended CR. After that things will die. Even a very low armor pen is going to have 48-50% of the crit dmg bonus, the difficult part is picking up the 9% above that because the points needed for those last percents goes up exponentially Keep up the solid vids, the number of content creators worth talking about these days can be counted on one hand, so you're filling a role that is needed haha
Since like 1 month ago my server flooded with terror essence about when server paragon 470. Terror essence start to price lower and lower down to 150 plat I always sell 400 plat by that time I get angry then I stop selling and say why don't I just spam oblivion with the essence😊 to pre farm pinf 3 gear.
4 alts is crazy? I have 4 accs so 19 alts total + main ofc, roughly 80k plat per week. Maybe not doable for too long, but I've set my goals to get most of the normal gems to rank 7 (after that it's too fucky to get them higher) and to get 3-4 5* gems (bsj, roil, hope, gloom/void) to rank 5. All the grind after that seems too diminishing to do.
In case you don't know, the color of grass is green Ahah I mean I respect it, but it's just not for me. in my opinion and it will most likely let to a very short term burnout or reducing substantially the satisfaction from playing the game, because now it's more like a full-time job than an entertainment for fun. But again, if you enjoy it and you are happy with it, go for it!
@@IndezYT I can even afford full time job at the same time:) And time wise, it's 15-20hrs per week. 2-3hrs every day while listening music or some stuff on the webs, not too difficult.

@@IndezYT The guy is joking @cayote2k10. 1 account with 5 characters doing full daily for 300 platinum will take about 3 hours a day (elder rift + 4 bounties / 3-4 dungeons a day) He is probably doing a bot farming playing all at the same time in a computer. Using 2 account is bannable.
I only stopped extract those charm one week ago, it was lucrative to sell skill stone before 2 weeks ago, but suddenly they are stucked in market, then I know it is time to stop, lose nearly 6k plat (buying skill stone for imbue and charm extraction).

They need to free up the warband requirements for the eternal crest. Hard to get warband for casual players.
Yeah, I can feel that
Thing about skill stones, when you first create one, use a skill thats in demand by the current most broken class ~ ~ First there will be demand second better chance of turnover / sale.
Yeah, but there is a high chance to not sell bc not a lot of people buy nowadays at less on my server (that happened to me) xD
Platinum farming used to be easy, until the market changes forcing players to buy the cheapest items.
Runes was the lastest nice plat influx until the nerfed the odds of dropping ahah
