I've been a silent watcher for quite some time but i want to comment now to basically testify to you guys how much his dance workouts actually work. A month ago, i was weighed at 70.4kg (155.2lbs) at 153 cms (5'0), which is obese considering my height. I quickly started taking action and along with Ria from Ria Dancefit, I have been using your kpop dance exercise at least 3 times a week and after a month and 1 week, I can proudly say that I have lost 5 kg! However, I didnt really clean up my diet except for cutting out junk food and going on 8-10 hour fasts quite frequently. I shall be changing up my diet next week onwards. Thank you sooo much Golf, for what you have done, these videos really are a blessing. Through these *free* dance workouts, my life has changed so much, for the better. Stay blessed and may Jesus be with you always❤
