Unsure why the women's racing is more competitive, but the racing is phenomenal and exciting. The script is in for most of the mens racing before the start line. Women's racing from road to mountain is more enjoyable, competitive, and I look forward to more women's coverage.

The talk in Belgium's cycling media is that the deal with UAE and Vollering is rumoured to have fallen through and that the team which is now in pole position is FDJ. Might make a strong block as well with Brown, Uttrup Ludwig, Cavalli, Guazzini, Muzic, Kraak.
