but I don't think that's useful,I also used to ask all of these questions so I could compare myself with others,

I am suffering so bad with sensorimotor obsessions. Breathing and this feeling stuck in my body. It's like I want everything to stop just for a second so I can get a minute of relief. I am basically obsessed over any part of my body that I cant control and my fear is not trusting that my body will function on it's own. Its driving me crazy. If anyone can help even a little please comment.

Hello, since I have read in your comment that if there is someone who can give you a hand, I think that even though I am not 100% recovered I have improved a lot and it has honestly been thanks to these videos
As is said a lot around here, it is very important to focus on the answer that you are having to the obsessions, generally it is usually fatalistic thoughts and irrational beliefs that make us stay stuck in this cycle, such as thinking that we are incapable of living If we are hooked on this cycle, it is our anxiety to return to our previous state that perpetuates,
In my personal experience I have mentalized that I can be able to live with this problem 24 hours a day and that is when the anxiety dissipates, that does not mean that when anxiety comes you have to use these types of thoughts as a shield, if not that you have to continue living your life in the same way that you did before It is difficult the first time but you get improving gradualy. do not focus on the symptoms as a measure to your recover, focus on the beliefs and the responses you giving to your symptoms and with time and patience you will improve, have hope because there is no treatment resistant every body can improve

What you said is very interesting. People can pinpoint the exact day that it started, and yet they can’t reverse it in a single day.
