Telling people that baby snakes aren't venomous is an extremely irresponsible thing to tell people. Any venomous snake is dangerous from birth, often more so, because they can't control how much venom they release in a bite.
Probably misspoke. Especially since that snake in the video is a corn snake. It's a non venomous species.
Exactly. I'm still frightened of snakes, but have nothing against them. Many cobras where I live, and seriously hope that I will never find myself in a position where a baby cobra (or adult!) needs rescuing!
