There are only 10 people in the top 10. It doesn't take that much for no one to appear. Top 10 players use WTA/ATP 500 for practice. Grass tournament? Everyone and their mothers is there: grass season is so short and they need as much practice for Wimbledon as they can. A 500 tournament just after a Grand Slam? Nobody cares.
