A lot of people think that they’re referring to the US slang meaning of cookie but they’re not. Cookie in Korean has a similar spelling to CD. When they talk about cookie, they’re talking about a CD aka their music. As fans we eat it up and consume it, having their music living in our head rent free and always wanting more even though it’s not edible. They’re also all minors so I see how a lot of people thought it that way of them singing about the inappropriate things but it’s not. Thanks for the reaction though, whoever recommended I hope they give you context on it next time so then you guys have some type of explanation on it❤

A lot and I mean a lot of Koreans, even said it's not about a CD and they find it inappropriate for minors to be singing this and also none of the members are adults. Just because two are 18, doesn't mean anything. If they were an American group, then yea those two would be considered adults. But they're in Korea. In Korea, you're not considered until you're 20. So all of the members are minors. And just because Korea is getting rid of one of the ages (idk if it's the Korean age system of the international one) that doesn't change their age of consent, which is 20. So remember that.

I think they really wasn't intend to make them underage singing a "weird" double meaning song but like the lyric is very veryyy weird. I think what happen is the writer might've wrote the lyric whithout thinking the song would end up sang by them or when the writer found out, they didn't think it would be an issue. As you all aware, the production staffs are koreans who might not know the "slang" used in America and they too might've really thought it wouldn't be an issue.
