Familiar plot aside, I can’t believe we are seeing Brooke Shields, Miranda Cosgrove, Benjamin Bratt and Chad Michael Murray in the same movie!

Brooke Shields' comedic delivery is delightful. I would watch this movie just for her.
Mostly ignore most Rom-Coms, however with Brooke Shields, Miranda Cosgrove, and Benjamin Bratt being part of the cast it doesn't to hurt to watch and see.

Yeah, but this is the type of movie you watch, knowing full well how it's gonna end and the moments they are gonna hit. Like in a romantic kdrama, you are watching it see it hit all the beats. it's cheesy goodness or a guilty pleasure.

Well I saw her in another Netflix movie a while back. It was A Castle For Christmas
When she was a teenager, I remember her cringy performances on things like Bob Hope specials and she seemed a bit of a flash-in-the-pan (yes, I am THAT old). It turned out that she had real talent, which was a nice surprise.
Seriously? It's not like she disappeared, she still has starring and guest roles both on TV and films, she gives interviews etc
