That's because it consumes battery life even if you dont use it. Try switching off the internet or put it on airplane mode. The best option is you switch it off.
Wala naman po problem if napalitan na ang screen o hinde na sya original maam pwede pa din palitan yun battery regardless if original o hinde ang screen

It won't don't worry. Our data is not stored in the battery. It's just like the phones long time ago where we can remove the battery anytime.
