Reason is, I liked the dress and I wore. If someone didn't like it let them. Why I keep that hurt inside me. Instead think that it's their sanskar. I must practice forgiveness. Thanks a lot, Didi 🙏 I always had a problem of clinging on to things which hurt me, especially keeping in mind what the other person has told me in a negative way. And because of my internal fog, I used to even hurt my Hubby, parents and in laws because I used to always feel bad and start crying because of people's negativity and they used to feel bad seeing my state. Also I have spoilt my mental peace and always thought bad about people who have hurt me and usse mujhe hi nuksaan hua hai. Through this session, I am feeling so elated and light. I am feeling like a burden has come out from my system. I am feeling good after forgiving and forgetting all the insults. Thank you again Didi for this wonderful session 🙏😁
