For the inexperienced people , try to learn to them the game , its's annoying only if they don't want to learn how to roleplay . For the gatherings , sometimes we can't because leader have gtg or because of attention seeker destroying the Camp when you're somewhere else (I really like to be a medicine cat 'cause i'm experienced at healing but i never go take preys or go to drink water and sometimes beg my friends to become my apprentice because attention seeker or people stealing my role destroy the roleplay and also the leader never do anything to help me so I rage quit and never go to gatherings) .
Once I was the leader of SC my name was Nightstar and in my description the first thing I put is the gender of my OC, there I had "female" since I didn't really like the term "she-cat" and I consider that both serve equally well. I didn't have a bad name since it had "star" in it and I was doing the best I could in a clan known for being antis (easy to get stressed). And someone out of nowhere calls me "inexperienced leader" because I had "female" and not "she-cat" in my description, mentioning his disagreement that the person occupying that role (that is me) did not know something basic like that and I did know I just prefer to use "male" in instead of "tom" and "female" instead of "she-cat". And he started criticizing me for a single characteristic in the role when there was NO ONE suitable to be a warrior in the entire clan (apart from my friends, of course), but we were three experienced players in a clan without a medicine cat, with novice kits, a queen who I convinced to help me with the kits even though she had the name of a kittypet, apprentices more useless than me sleeping and warriors with zero knowledge of the game or the world or be a mentor, all that and that person was only interested because their leader (me) who was already fed up but was trying to order and instruct the clan had "female" in his description and not "she-cat". Ok so this just happened recently but like in April I first join and keep In mind I was almost done with the first book and it was me and my friends and I was doing a rp over call with them and I was playing as the leader one of my very close friends was the deputy and so on and like and five hours in to the rp a apprentice came up to me and asked to have there warrior ceremony and I said yes because why not I would be fun so as I’m typing it out they say I’m inexperienced and since I was on a call and they were telling me what to write and they saw what the apprentice said they said that I was writing it out and that I was not a very fast typer and they said that I wasn’t really good at my leader role and a warrior seeing what was going on said that the apprentice was correct as I would say it out loud when typing it instead of typing it out and my friends said that I was not the best speaker and hated to use text to speech and that I was very well capable of typing it out and that it would take me a while and then a “Luna” as they are called who was on the warrior and apprentices side came up to me and said that I was not a good leader and I’m a very hard person to make cry but it’s very easy to make me mad and so when they said that I had just finished the naming ceremony and sent it out and then immediately snapped back and said that they were wrong as I had just finished it and then they asked me what book I was on and I said that I was on the first book and said that I was almost done with it as I was at the part where they had got the kits back and were back at the camp and that’s where I was in the book and then they said that I was a bad leader and to kms so I got very mad and the so called “Luna” started to attack me and for character purposes I didn’t fight back but instead reported all of them and idk what happened but from what I was told they will never see the end of it but I have finished the first book and I am now very close or right about to the middle of the second book and it’s very good and they way that the story is going I think it will be worth getting all of the books and I’m still on the prophecy begins so yeah but it’s very good!

Honestly I think med auds are kinda pointless because 1. A person could have not read the books but still knows the game really well. 2. It just is annoying to wait as a person who is not auding and just have to sit there waiting to start.

I do agree that some "lunas" are annoying power players and trolls but some are just inexperienced at rp and some just by called lunas for having a tuxedo cat and it's sad.

I was one day a med app and the med cat WE HAD WAS SO UNEXPERIENCED she fainted randomly she didn’t treat the patients and I was somehow way better then her but when I was about to treat a wound she was like YOU CANT DO THAT and o actually tried to do things and act like some herbs are way to old or go on herb gathering and to the moonstone
Once i was starting a rp and i was med cat, and this guy came up to me and begged to be med app, i said no but they REALLY wanted to be med app and they did it themselves and annoyed me when i got herbs and pretended to not know what to do with herbs and ate all edible herbs, it was really annoying and we ended up calling a mod.

One thing I hate:
-when your character literally just got hit by a car/monster and the medicine cat is inexp
if your getting hit with a monster unironically your kinda inexp (unless med or med app gave you perms) but yeah i hate when meds are inexp
